Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Orange Park

I usually have a great experience in the afternoons grabbing coffee.. but mornings are not great. It’s not due to them being busy but the lady that works the window in the morning is very unnecessarily over the top with holding up the line chatting. I was behind a car this morning for a seemingly long time and was greeted by the lady at the window yelling down the drive thru telling me to turn my lights off so her and the car infront of me could continue their conversation while the lady in the car was putting on a full face of makeup during their talk. I was trying to get to work and this was supposed to be a quick stop and i was even more annoyed that after their lengthy conversation, she was handed a single drink and then still continued to talk and a few minutes prior to pulling away. When I got to the window, I was rushed with my payment and handed all of my stuff immediately which was great but the conversation prior to me getting my order was very inappropriate for it to linger as long as it did for a single drink, me to be yelled at about my lights, and people trying to get to...

I'd been wanting to try this place & decided to stop by. after liking what I ordered my 1st trip, I returned the very "next day" to order it again. unfortunately the price was different. (they'd charged me more) I returned the next day (8-23-24) to try it again thinking that there may have been a price increase, however the price was what I paid the 1st time I'd visted.(8-21-24) I expressed this to the cashier (short slinder young lady working on 8-23 @ 12:45 afternoon) along with requesting that my drink is blended well due to my previous drink having larger ice chips. she was completely dismissive while standing at the window with her arms folded. nor did she inform the person making my drink causing my drink to again have larger sized ice chips. My complaint is not about the product as it was good (minus the large ice chips) but the customer service in not addressing the price difference or being accommodating for the difference in price along with my request as to making sure my drink was blended well...

I come here just about everyday, I order an XL Strawberry lime quencher with extra lemonade. My order always stays the same, well yesterday when I came through I gave the guy a $20 dollar bill and the exact change; .47 cent. Because my orders is $7.47. Well he handed me $12.97... one weekend I come through and yall charged me $8 and some charge. I have the proof on my bank statement.. I have left my name and number for the owner to call me but nothing. Not to mention they mess up my one drink order more often than not. And for some reason they keep giving me light ice when never mentioned. One time they gave me light ice and i had to ask for more ice because they gave me my drink warm 😒. This place has gone down hill since the old owner...
