The young man working there was extremely unprofessional and displayed a lack of basic customer service and hygiene standards. As I was approaching the door, he rushed out to hand a customer a missing item from their order. We made eye contact as he came back in, yet he let the door slam in my face instead of holding it open — something any customer-conscious employee should do. Once back inside, he gave me a cold, unfriendly look and said nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgment — just a stare that made me feel unwelcome, as if I had done something wrong. To make matters worse, after being outside, he did not change his gloves before handling food and food containers. This is a serious food safety concern. If someone ends up getting sick, this kind of negligence shouldn’t come as a surprise. Proper hygiene protocols must be followed, and this employee clearly needs retraining — if not replacement. The only positive thing about this visit is that the young ladies behind the counter greeted me, and actually said, "have a good day" after giving me my order.
