Ann-Marie, Brianna, Josh, and Patrick always do a stand-up job! A lot of regulars at this location and the staff do a great job of remember and getting orders ready ASAP. Hospitality at it's finest.

What was previously my go to Starbucks has fallen so low don't even plan on coming back, especially after yesterday. The crew they have working now has the same vibe as the dead fish at Pikes Place not far from where Starbucks originated. The staff is unwelcoming and honestly uninviting. They consistently make drinks incorrectly, even when it's slow and they aren't rushed. On top of that I told one of the workers there was a fly in the baked food case and asked if they had a pastry that was still in the bag. She legit looked at the fly landing on all the food and shrugged. Mind you, this is the case they sell food from. Not sure who is running things at this location, but they have fallen...

Extremely slow overall. It took 3 to 4 minutes just to accept my order (there was no queue), there were just 2 workers around and both were kinda busy so it's ok. Then another lady came in to help and I was hoping things would kick off, but it didn't happen, they just had more topics to discuss. My coffee was done but it took 20 more seconds to put the lid on just because there was something extremely important to discuss apparently. Very disappointed with service. An older white lady help us. Very rude , did not even look at us , & it seem like she did not want.to help us. When we where on line she did not even acknowledge us. She just kept on talking to a man that was standing there. She even got my order wrong!!! 😠😡 All starbucks I have gone to the service is excellent!! Very friendly staff. Except this one! 3/26/22...
