The food was excellent. The problem is the parking lot and drive thru omg!!!!! Who ever design this location obviously do not know how busy they can get at lunch!!! First of all it gets so congested with cars that you cannot park, so we decided to go on the drive thru and it took ten minutes just to arrive to the young gal that is taking orders and that's not a problem. The issue is that they wanted us to place our orders but they had no menu. I kindly asked if we can get to the menu so we could all see what we wanted. Another 10 minutes we waited by this time we are so anxious and not only because of the wait but because these young kids taking the orders are sweating under this heat . We asked them if they are keeping hydrated under this heat. C'mon CHICK-FIL-A !!! You can treat you're employees better ! So we finally get to the menu place our order we wait another ten minutes and the gentleman gives me an order and I let him know is not ours but he quickly changes it. By this time we are running out of time from our lunch break and here come the ISSUE. We cannot get out of the drive thru area because the smart person who designed this location, decided to put the EXIT DRIVE THRU RIGHT NEXT TO THE EXIT!!! THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM PEOPLE!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just went in to redeem my birthday reward here. Since I have never redeemed one I asked the cashier who helped me here for clarification. She was being so mean and rude! Instead of just explaining it to me she kept saying "it's on your app" "it says it right there" then I showed her my app and she just said "see it says it right there". It probably did but I was rushing this morning and didn't get a chance to put on my contacts. I couldn't even read the menu! Also I came in the morning and I'm not familiar with the breakfast items. I asked her why she was mad? I was shocked and frankly my feelings were hurt. I was excited to redeem my birthday reward and Chick Fil A is known for excellent customer service. I came in with a huge smile on my face only to have the girl take it away. Ignoring me, she rudely asked her coworker Amy to handle me instead. This location was below expectation with wait time (which Chick fil a is known for how they can move a line) accuracy (minor issue, they forgot our ketchups) and customer service. One of the app issues I have with Chick Fil a, is the inability to order cream and sugar on the side from the mobile app. Minor issue that can be resolved at the window/store. However, when we got to the store and requested it on the side, there was major hesitancy on staff members to give us the cream and sugar. Like stop, stare, asking a coworker, "Can we do that?" before the coworker responded, "just do it". I'm not sure if this is a store thing? Like condiments like cream and sugar are strictly accounted for here? But if that's the case, then the app should list the option for cream and sugar.
