Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Orange

When first entering Cold Stone there was no one there to assist my friend and I for a couple of minutes. Afterwards when the server walked in, they did not acknowledge or welcome us until after they had taken their time to wash their hands, which had long acrylic nails on them. When ordering we had to repeat our order several times and then finally it was still done incorrectly. My friend and I paid and sat to eat our ice cream in the cafe that was arranged nicely and had many places to sit at. As we were eating, one of the freezers in the cafe began to sound, but extremely loudly and it wasn't until it turned off that we realized how loud we were talking to each other to be able to talk over it the noise. It was both of our first experience in Cold Stone and the aspect of building your own ice cream is great but sadly was tainted by a lack of a care for quality...

Went tonight 15 Oct 2022. Walked in at about 7:30PM with my family (wife and kids ages (4) and (2))... There was only about 4 people in line with 4 workers behind the counter. Left at 8pm. Waited in line for a 1/2 hour: while they group chatted about a customer, purposely took there time since they were close to closing, played on their cellphones, changed the music on their cellphones (store was playing modern mumble rap music with every other word being the F word or N word) and got all tight when I asked for my order in the middle of them playing with their phones (we are a family of 4 what makes you think we only want 3 ice creams)...

Guess this is what happens when the potential hiring...

i have been to this coldstone all my life and it's usually amazing. i don't know who made my ice cream but it's not worth the EIGHT DOLLARS?????? they're now charging for a medium. they didn't bother to chop up the cookie they threw in my ice cream, so it was just vanilla ice cream with a couple chocolate chips mixed in (and the whole cookie at the bottom). they also didn't stick it in the freezer before i picked it up (i ordered online) so it was half melted when i got it. not going here...
