I'm a delivery driver for this place. They closed early on Sunday due to remodeling. Which is fine for me I completely understand but I still got orders for them and I needed to take a picture of their hours that they were closing and the lady completely refused to put the hours up instead she threw it away Knowing that all drivers are going to have to take a picture of this after I told her the first time.because I'm unable to take a picture I'm unable to get paid for the order and I have to just cancel it which gives me a cancel order which is bad for my rating.I'm a customer here too I love their sandwiches but I will never come here again I will go out of my way to other sandwich spots instead. I will never return, I've spent hundreds at different mikes,the generation z rude asian boy, lost my bussiness for life ,noone inside business, except 3 employees, didn't greet me] just rudely said step over there to order, the I wanted to use a coupon, and was going to buy a bigger sandwich and get one free REFUSED but then i said ok I'll get 2 regular and I said this is rediculous I was actually going to spend more but he threa the coupon back at me and said you dont have to buy anything! If you want a good sandwich go to honey baked ham not this dump . Sorry I've been here twice and am sorley disappointed . It's a sandwich assembly line with no care.just dump the meat on and get to the next one.
