McDonald's — Restaurant in Orange

This was a very well managed McDonald's. They don't mess up the order, but I can't give a good review for employees who don't value customers time.

This is between 11-12 8/18, I was doing food deliveries and had an order for this location. I was told they had an order and to move to the window for pickup. When I get there all 3 employees are in a circle taking and laughing about personal issues. They notice im looking at them and finally come over and check on me.

When she gets to the window she asks for the number again and walks back to the register and spoke with the manager(who she was chatting with seconds ago). Whenshe gets back she lets me know they have not received an order, that means that when I told her at the order box, she didn't even bother to look. I was in line for 15 minutes and I could have moved on to the next order and moved. Anyone who works commission knows, time = money. Instead of just checking and sending me on my way, they decided there personal life was more important then me making the money I need to live.

When I come into your store I clean up after myself, I respect your restrooms, I only use your trash for McDonald's trash, if I spill i wipe it up and if messup I apologize for it. I only ask the same respect I show your store. Respect goes both ways, please don't waste our time and you don’t want motor lose respect...

I love mc donalds who doesn't but this location had bad experience there were several times i had issues with my others i cant count how many times they mest up ....

Today is may 1, 2023 i order a L iceed coffee w caramel i gave my code to the lady in the window she closed the window and then she said just go to the next window they will help you so i went so the young girl saidiceed caramel coffee i said yes idk what was going on then she said why did she send you hear for i said idk "hello" to get my order!! I told her i gave he the lady the code story short she was charging me i said nooo i gave you the code im supposed to get it free because i came last week and i got it free omg!! Idk whats up with this mc donalds smh.🤦‍♀️

Dec 29 , 2033 went drive thru girl said if im Using coupon i yes gave it to her happy meal cheeseburger still charging me $4.something i said well i gave u code so its free she said only reg burger i said k charge me the cheese i get my order good thing i checked my food no cheeseburger i went back explaing to cashier girl what happened i gave her burger back and all they did put the cheese in it im really mad 😠 😡 if i could take a picture of the burger i got u would understand my...

UPDATE: STILL THE WORST MC DONALDS! So I decided to give them another chance at the drive-thru, and ordered two caramel sundaes. Simple, right? WRONG! Waited at the window for 5 minutes as lots of cars backed up behind me. Then the same manager from 2 months ago (see below) came up and told me to pull forward. I said no! She said they were warming up the caramel, and I should pull forward. Again I said NO, and she looked back at the line behind me, and got very frustrated and angry. She mumbled something rude as she slammed the window shut. I didn't move. Got my ice cream 2 minutes later, and still had to ask for spoons! Yep, STILL THE WORLD'S WORST!!!

Absolutely the WORST! After they handed me my order, they told me to wait for my drinks. 15 MINUTES! Watched about 10 cars go by me with their food while mine got cold. I finally went inside to pick up my drinks. How hard is it to make iced tea, anyway? It was the worst tea I've ever had, and ended up dumping them both out! When I tried to speak with the manager, she just said "Have a nice day" and turned her back on me. I don't expect a gourmet meal, but the manager is incompetent and should never been promoted above...
