Nature's Juice — Restaurant in Orange

I have been a loyal and recurring customer of Nature’s juice for YEARS now and always tip the girls when I can and able to but wow the treatment that I received today from Assistant manager Valerie (or name starts with a V) was pretty petty and sad, I ordered a large juice and I came back within a minute of drinking a sip when I realize they gave me a medium instead of the large that I asked for. Instead of remaking my drink she refused that I could pay the difference and that they make the difference of drink. Really???? What kind of customer service is that? I even offered to PAY the difference… also I could have payed for a new drink and more with all the tips I’ve given them over the years, terrible customer service from assistant manager Valerie, she was also hesistant and had to ask her coworker what she should do?
