This may have been a one-off but I recently went to the Starbucks on the corner of Chapman and Tustin and their coffee was extremely weak I don't know if they only did a 1/2 portion of coffee grounds I don't know if it was just a Mistake made by the Barista but this was an extremely weak cup of coffee I don't know if they're trying to save money by using less coffee grounds but I am not sure if I'll go back to this place again if you want a real cup of genuine wake you up in the morning coffee try the Coffee Grove in Villa Park it's a small mom and pop coffee place You get a fresh toasted bagel with your coffee and be set for the day.
8/21/2024 Ok it's official, "Starbucks has gone down hill" What I thought was a one-off of weak coffee actually seems like a business trend for Starbucks it appears that the amount of coffee beans used is reduced thus giving the customer a weak coffee drink. I ordered two iced lattes one with 2% one with whole milk, both looked like vanilla shakes, I couldn't tell if there was any coffee in them at all, the coffee was so weak I actually added another shot of coffee from my Keurig coffee maker when I got home.
Starbucks charges more and gives less... I don't know about you, but for that level of product quality and the lack of value for the money. I think it is a better idea to spend your money at the small mom and pop coffee shops, like The Coffee Grove in Villa Park or even Wenchels donuts on Tustin Ave in Orange.
Enjoyđ Tell them Smokey Fred sent you đ SmokeyFredsays đ

Read moreWe came through the drive up this morning. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a croissant, a latte and a coffee with creamer on the side. Our order was given to us with no napkins, no knife for the cream cheese and no stirrer for the creamer on the side. I got out of the car and walked up to the outside order window, not the drive through. I spoke with the manager in charge, tall thin woman with round glasses and short short hair, she smugly proceeded to tell me that in the State of California, a customer needs to request napkins, a knife and a stirrer. Are you kidding me!! I have never had to request those items before at a Starbucks in California. In fact, we had been at that Starbucks in the drive through the day before and received those items without requesting. Instead of just apologizing and giving me the items, she started to argue with me. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR MANAGEMENT! They are more concerned about asking you to âanswer one last question" aka they are asking for a tip!! The owner and the store manager need a course in good customer service if this is how they tell their managers to treat customers. News Flash!! Without customers, youâd have...
Read moreFirst time to this location today and was really disappointed. Ordered a Venti hot white chocolate mocha xtra hot. Got to the drive thru window, was given an iced drink. Informed person at window the drink was supposed to be a hot white chocolate mocha, extra hot. They made me a hot drink... Sadly as I drove out of the drive thru I noticed something sticky on the side of my cup. I pulled into the parking lot and took the lid off and noticed it was a hot caramel drink. So I parked my car and walked up to the order window (drive thru line was way too long) and explain the issue with the barista at the window. He did apologize and made me a new drink right away, hence the 2 stars. I just couldn't believe my order was messed up not once, but twice! I wouldn't have bothered to return the drink except that I don't really like caramel...
