Terrible service. My drink was made horribly and when I got the chance to taste the drink @ home it was past closing time to call back for a refund / remake. I call to speak to the manager for my $9 drink Julian made it as if he was upset to be working. When calling your shift lead Dom stated that due to it not being the same day unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about that. I went around closing so how would I be able to call same day Dom? Great for coffee or tea only. No long lines. TCOB and keep it moving. Speedy but terse workers. Very fast wifi because it's never crowded. No electric outlets; conversely, not having plug-ins is a plus for it keeps homeless bums from congregating inside. Tiny place, often sticky table tops. Cramped--or perhaps, cozy location, you be the judge. Unclean vagrants constantly sleep and aggressively panhandle in the outside table-area. Decent parking but lock your doors.

Typically this place isn't so bad but today James made me feel uncomfortable to be here not only did he question my visit there he then goes and grabs paper towels to grab my cup and washes his hands vigorously like o have germs that might be contagious!
