Vegan Beets

I contacted Tarey in a panic because my original vegan caterer left me in a lurch 10 days before my party for a larger event. I was literally on a ferry in Greece and we chatted over Google and lucky for me, she was available. She was very flexible with the menu and made sure ingredients were safe for all my guests (I had vegans, gluten frees, and picky kids). The food was delivered on time and was INCREDIBLE. My vegan friends said it was some of the best food they have ever had, and was better than the original caterer who they had used at their event. They couldn't believe the green goddess pasta salad wasn't made with cream given the taste and texture! It was all delicious - the fried rice, glass noodles, yams, pasta salad and potatoes. I would definitely use Tarey again and will recommend her to everyone who needs a caterer, not just a vegan caterer. Thank you, Tarey!!
