Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Orange

This place is no longer a Doughnut shop it has become a torta place and they're running it with one person serving Doughnut making the sandwiches and and coffee and cashing. My hat goes off to that lady that works the late nights at this stablishments cause she is a hard worker an a badasss. The Doughnuts are pretty good nothing crazy but I need to try the sandwiches. I give this stablishments 5 stars cause of that lady that works it, not the owners that are abusing this lady probably for minimum wage. If that lady was not there I give this place a 2 it is dirty runed down and just old needs some serious upgrades Please have a heart get her some help or train that Doughnut person in the back that has that radio blasting with that annoying music come out and help. this time I waited 15 mns for doughts for the hospital night crew I think I am going to start looking somewhere else maybe Dk Doughnuts still open till 10 pm. Worse service I have ever received. The manager by the name of Nena was very rude and disinterested in that fact that our order was wrong and even had the nerve to say "if you want me to reheat or add what is missing I am going to charge you". When asked for the corporate number, she was so rude and said " Its right there". Keep in mind she was not pointing anywhere. She was not only rude to us but to other customers as well. Ordered a ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. The girl (name on the receipt says Dulce M.) rang me up for the combo which I didn't want but sure whatever I'll take a donut and a coffee too. Get home, no egg on my sandwich. Go back so they could fix it and the girl starts giving me attitude and saying I got what I ordered, even though I didn't. Then she tried saying it would cost more, but she rang me up for the combo which is one set price, so how would it cost more?
