Zito's Pizza — Restaurant in Orange

Wow! so the wings were delicious, we got the regular with ranch, we got the side dinner salad really good enough to split for two, like a small side salad. We got the veggie pizza, they put the wrong order side in but fix it no problem were super apologetic about it and made it to no charge of us. When we originally placed the order we said no tomatoes and they were nice enough to ask if we wanted to swap it for the extra pepperoni we wanted to put on, that was so nice they didnt have too, but did with no charge. The bread was REALLY good and deliciously golden brown, slight crisp on the outside and the bread was fresh and fluffy on the inside. ( NO GOOEY DOUGH AT ALL!) EVERYONE! was super nice great tea variety, cool little section for games (did not play any, no time). I would recommend to anyone. Big enough for a large gathering and small enough to hide in the corner for two. It was my first time here and I would definitely come back again. I actually can't wait, the only request I guess I would have being a salad person would be to add some romaine to the iceberg lettuce mix. I always have salad with my wings and/ or pizza no matter what and that makes or breaks my experience. All and all great place, my only negative, which I know can happen at any restaurant, was that someone overflowed the woman's bathroom. My family and I have been coming to Zitos for many years. We always loved the service and the food was always great. But since coming to this location it has completely changed my opinion. The workers at this location almost always seem annoyed and we have gotten burnt food or Knott's on multiple occassions at this location and with the food being expensive that is frustrating. They have worst customer service. If you come to eat here just beware you may not get all your food, the food will be half burnt and the workers genuinely don't care. I'm not sure about their other locations but this one sucks. We paid for 3 pizzas and only got 2 last time we were here. When we asked about the last pizza not only did they not make the pizza they said they'd make it "if we want it." Once we finally got the pizza when we were far past done eating. They took back the receipt saying they can't give us a free pizza they originally authorized for the inconvenience because we now got our pizza and couldn't refund the pizza originally since we got half our order. Then after all that the worker asked us "what what do you want." Literally the worst. If you want to eat at Zitos just don't come to this location, try...

We have usually had a great experience with Zito's. But, this past weekend (Oct 23, 2021), was nothing short of horrible! We ordered, on line - for delivery. It gave an estimated 1 hr ETA. At about 80 minutes, I called to get a status and was first told they couldn't find our order. Then, after several minutes on hold they said they found it in the system, but had to check where it was. After another few minutes, I was told it was "on the road". Another 20 minutes went by before it finally arrived - over 1 1/2 hours after ordering. When we opened the order, it was nothing like what we ordered or have received before. It was barely warm, there was no sign of the extra sauce we ordered, let alone even a normal amount of sauce. The alfredo came on the spaghetti noodles and the marinara sauce was on penne pasta.
