Burger King — Restaurant in Orangeburg

I waited for some one to answer me. One car had just driven off when I pulled up. After waiting for what seemed like 5 minutes, I said HELLO, the response was "wait a minute, I am busy." I said it had been a while since the other car had pulled up. I said just take my order so it can be cooking! She said again and again. "I am busy." I was very persistent! She told me I needed to drop out of the line and go. I told her I was not leaving. She said "just go, I am not taking your order." I told her I am not leaving. I told her I could sit there all day. I was not leaving until she took my order. I asked for her name. She came back with, What is your name. I told her my name is Shirley. She said, "My name is Shirley" Me, now tired of this game, I asked to speak with her Manager. She then said, what is your order. I ordered something on the menu, she said they didn't have that. OMG, I gave a quick choice and she said "Drive to next window" I felt like I had been in the dentist chair having all my teeth pulled. This employ was very rude and disrespectful . Does she not know the customers pay her salary. When I got to the window to pay and pick up the order, the lady there was very nice, and she apologized to me. I saw the person with the headset on. I asked the sweet lady, was that a man or woman, and she said a MAN !!! OMG Evidently this BK is making a killing, with employees...

I went to the drive thru and ordered 4 meals, all exactly the same, plus an order of nuggets. After waiting over 20 minutes my food was walked out to my car. Three orders of chicken fries and my nuggets were missing. There was also no sauce in the bag. So, I went to the door to go in and get the rest of my food. The door was locked. So, I had to go back through the drive thru. I was told to pull up and wait again. I told him to wait and let me check the bag. I was glad I did because I was still missing my nuggets. By the time I got my food and was ready to pull out of the parking lot, I had been there waiting for 41 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! After I got home I found out that the burgers I had ordered and paid for were wrong. I didn't get the double bacon cheeseburgers I ordered. I got single burgers. And of course the original food I received was cold by the time I got home. Not happy at all with this experience! I will not be going back to this establishment. Terrible,...

No stars but it would not let choose none...i usually eat at Buger King.. but this one on Chesnut and old st. matthews rd in Orangeburg SC..OMG. never again.. the wait first the tone of the person taking the order..they didnt have the grill chicken that is being so heavenly advertised...then the 1st window was empty i waited then the car in front drove off i think they didnt want to wait..so i went to the second window the young lady told me first window .. i told there is no one there she said 1st window with a attitude giving the notion to back up and walked away.. since there was no car behind me.. i put the car in reverse and paid for my order then drove back to the second window to get my food... the worst svc ever on my lunch break which was only 30 min i spent 5 to get there spent 15 there 5 to get back geesh then my whopper seemed like they took it out the fridge..it was cold cheese not melted although my onion rings were great..uughhh awful...
