We decided to dine in, and while there was a bit of a wait, the staff was extremely courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond by surprising us with an extra order of curry goat, which we hadn’t ordered, as a gesture for the wait—and the portion was impressively generous! We ordered the curry chicken with roti and the oxtail dinner, both bursting with rich, well-balanced flavors that felt genuinely Caribbean. Orangeburg has this restaurant and the food was great. Freshly cooked and seasoned perfectly. My and my friend both ordered the large oxtail/curry goat combo, with peas& rice,collard greens, and cabbage. His sides were Mac&cheese and beans. Definitely wasn't out of a can. Order a $40 meal yesterday. A small oxtail and 3 out of the 5 pieces were NOTHING BUT FAT, it was extremely oily not like it usual is. It made me extremely sick and had me throwing up. I had an extra side of rice for my coworker with oxtail gravy, she had to ask for more gravy because it looked like they just threw grease over the rice, she called me later that night telling me she threw up too.
