I want to start by expressing my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment as an officer who constantly reaponds to that location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and did not meet the standard of customer service I expect.

Firstly, at the drive-thru window, I was attempting to place an order when I encountered a young man who seemed very rude and was interrupting me multiple times. I was unable to finish my sentence because he kept talking over me. I had to politely ask him to slow down and clarify what he was asking, as his communication was unclear and his attitude appeared irritated and annoyed this caused a young lady name Kayla to step in to help the young man.

Later, when I reached the window to pick up my food, the young lady who served me (KAYLA) was dismissive and seemed irritated before I even finished speaking. She handed me my food and quickly closed the window without giving me a chance to ask a question or clarify anything. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which made the experience very unpleasant.

I did, however, appreciate the manager who came over afterward. She was very kind and took the time to speak with me. I shared my concerns about the poor customer service I received from both the young man and the young lady. I explained that their responses were disrespectful and suggested that they could benefit from customer service training to improve their interactions with customers.

Overall, this was a very distasteful experience, and I hope that appropriate steps will be taken to address the behavior of your staff to ensure better service for...

Great hot chicken red beans and rice and nice friendly service. That's what I was expecting when I got off the highway to visit this time. I was there two weeks ago, although the food was good, the atmosphere was horrible, an employee was(green shirt)yelling at another employee. I mean it was so loud that the manager in white shirt went to the back to try to get green shirt to lower her voice but green shirt got louder I was with another young man and there was another set of people a man and a woman we looked at each other with disgust...we didn't come for that I had ordered an additional item or two when I went to the counter she was standing there I asked her three 3times for a bag she heard me say that three times she ignored me. I had been driving for 6 hours I needed a break from traffic but I got more than I wanted that day and ignored...I explained to another employee that I would write a review...she was a little afraid asked me not to...it appears that the manager green shirt is some sort of a bully and everyone is afraid of her...but oh no not me not at all something needs to be done about this person, people shouldn't have to work in this type of environment, I saw several people in green shirts. Just to clarify she was of a darker complexion about five two very big mouth with a threatening attitude..she needs to...

Customer service was very nice. It was really busy but service was fast. I finally tried the Chicken Sandwiches. The original Chicken Sandwich with mayo is nothing to brag; now the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is pretty good definitely worth trying again, just wished it had more spicy sauce on it. Both meats are juicy and tender the spicy chicken sandwich is more flavorful. FYI - They are pre-made now, unfortunately you can't make any changes to them👎🏼 if you wanted extra sauce or no pickles they don't do it🤨but I do understand; they are just trying not to have people wait longer than they already have too but I do wish we could get extra spicy sauce in a cup at least. Now, the Apple pies😋 are a must have soooo delicious 😋. 🛑People these Chicken Sandwiches are NOT worth killing someone over, cutting in line, arguing or Hurting yourself or someone else 🛑....
