Avoid this restaurant!!!

Service: the waiter was very rude from the moment we sat down and seemed annoyed that we were there at all. He completely forgot our queso order. When I asked for beans and rice instead of the bean nachos with my lunch order of fajitas, he did not say that it would then not come with lettuce/sour cream/guacamole. When I asked him where the "salad" was he said I had asked for a substitution so that it wasn't included; I told him he failed to mention that when I was ordering as I had asked for a substitution for bean nachos, he kept repeating himself. He then went and got a manager (who refused to put his mask over his nose after being asked several times), who repeated again, it only comes with two items, I explained that the waiter had not mentioned this and the manager said I would have to pay extra. I told him to go ahead and take the food away, he then changed his mind and said he would go get it for me at no additional cost-at this point I had enough so declined

The Food: The one bite I took of the fajitas before they took it away was disgusting. The chicken seemed like leftover chicken from the night before: rubbery and chewy. My husband's taco was bland, the meat wasn't seasoned AT ALL. The chili relleno was simply a flat pepper covered in queso instead of being stuffed and it was literally a sliver of a pepper.

The food is alright the only thing I like mostly is the chips and salsa and a burrito or something. However the management is terrible, you don't have a waiter or waitress like at a regular restaurant they just run around all over the place. I went there one time with my teammates and I ordered fish and when I was halfway into eating it, I noticed that there was a hair that looked like it was fried into my fish. So I never could get a hold on out waiter because he would ignore me or just didnt care so I grab a random worker and told him about my food and he said he would handle it.. but never came back. So when it was time to leave I was going to tell the man at the frint desk about my food. And as soon as I left the table they cleared everything off so when the man went back there to the table to "check the food out" he came back and said that our plates were gone and they all acted like I never even said anything. I even confronted the original waiter that we had AND the second waiter I pulled over and they both act like I never said anything about it. So I refused to pay for the food so after a good 30 minute argument they finally said that I don't have to pay for the food I just have to pay for my drink WHICH WAS WATER! It's honestly ridiculous I wouldn't recommend this place I'm never eating here again I honestly don't know why people...

I came here years ago but it was close to closing so I did not have the full dining experience, I did try the chicken wings at that time and they made an impression that made me want to dine here again. This time I ordered chicken and beef taquitos, and my husband had the Pollo rancho and Taco and tostada for my son. We order queso and chicken wings as well. I enjoyed the beef taquito and my husband showed no disappointment, however, the chicken wings were not seasoned and the buffalo sauce was a little tangy. The salsa was perfect for kids also the server gave us space to enjoy our meal. The last thing, their high chair for children was top-notch, I never saw that kind anywhere else.
