Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Orangeburg

This makes the 5th time I have had issues with this specific location. Located on chestnut st. In Orangeburg SC. This specific time made me officially decide it was time to make a complaint. We arrived at 8:50 pm and ordered 2 fresh cheese pizzas and were told all they have is pepperoni and that they were closing in 10 minutes. We asked if that was part of the regulations when approaching closing times, as we made it there before 9:00pm. the cashier then proceeded to take our order and our pizzas were ready at 8:56. It took 6 minutes to make 2 cheese pizzas. We got home and bit into a slice and found a pepperoni under the cheese. so we are positive they picked the pepperonis off, sprinkled cheese over them and put them in the oven for 5 minutes after telling us they can’t do that after questioning them to make sure they wouldn’t do that as we were worried that’s what they would do because our religion forbids us from eating meat or anything it touches. As we were waiting for our order we watched them turn away another customer and heard her say the exact same thing to the next customer. Our Order number was 458359 and the cashier we had the issue with was listed on the order number as Zykeriah L. On May 30, 2021. She was completely rude and made nasty faces while answering our questions and even had the cook bring us our pizza to the window when it was ready because she didn’t want to deal with us. I will be calling this chain in the morning to make another complaint to whoever is in charge until something is done. Terrible service. I will never spend my money here again. I’ll make sure sure she and the cook that picked pepperonis from the pizza...

I went in last night and was absolutely appalled! All my years I’ve never experienced lil ceasers service like this! I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and an order of cups.. the girl who took my order was rude asked my order walked away while I was talking and came back talking about what was your order again.. lobby full of people all waiting for simple orders waiting 30+ mins but they had no issues serving drive thru! Pizza just flying out the window but people inside who had online orders are waiting like cmon.. everybody was dragging asx no apology for the wait! They wasn’t short staffed I counted like 6 people on hand. And then to have people waiting like that when they had the product in the case ready to go! I will never go to that spot again! And everyone that was working last night needs to be fired especially the front counter cashier.. it was one worker was was trying her best I didn’t know her name but she tried and I thank her for it she had a ponytail on top of her head with color streaks in her hair! With the exception of her idk if everyone else smoked or what but if so they don’t know how to function when stoned and they need to get it together...

I order here all the time but will not be coming back…we pulled up at the drive and the girl had the worst attitude ever we had to repeat our order number like 3 times and even showed her my phone and she was getting more aggravated she rolled her eyes and said we would have to come inside….I went inside and the guy was very nice that got my food and I asked him if there was any reason that I would have to come in and he said no I could see the girl rolling her eyes at me again playing on her phone…the food is normally good but I am real big on customer service she is the kind of employee that makes me wonder if my food has spit in it or not so we could not even...
