We just got back from our visit at this location by Ashland- We ordered a s’mores shake, blizzard, fries, medium vanilla cone, small vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and small chocolate cone dipped in chocolate…

The shake was poorly mixed, there was a short black hair in the vanilla cone, the blizzard wasn’t flipped and was super watery, they tried to give us two un dipped vanilla cones and when we gave the one back and I asked for our chocolate cone dipped in chocolate they said in the background their chocolate machine was down and the poor kid at the window I could tell felt bad but the staff was not helping him at all…….They never offered to make something else in replacement or the money back…. we were unaware when we ordered that they didn’t have the chocolate ice cream and yet one of the girls on staff came up to the window and said with an attitude “it says dipped cone on the screen” and walked away…. I understand that whoever took the order failed to let us know what you didn’t have and failed to communicate with us and with that girl that that wasn’t an option… but that was not our fault. This was just such a poor experience all around.

Note to the owner or manager- Please teach your staff to be kind to your customers, if you treat everyone the way you treated us you won’t have a place to work because your business will fail.

Learning some customer service skills is a good start. We sadly will not be returning to this location. Bummer since it is new. Maybe try offering an apology for your mistake and offering a comparable price item or a refund-...

Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, a large onion ring to share. Then drinks were good. Service is great from the person at the window. When we got home first thing I noticed when I opened the bag was there were two napkins in there both of them watered up just as if someone had thrown them away in the bag. Then we got into the onion rings and were delighted. They were good! But the burgers 👎🏼 . First of all, they look like they were thrown together in a hurry we were the only ones in the line and with the time that it took, you would think they could’ve taken some time to put them together In a way where you could eat them without having to rearrange them after you got home. The lettuce was definitely wilted and stale. There was lettuce all underneath the bun. The bun was soggy and wet. I might give them one more try. I was hoping when they reopened that they would be great. I guess there’s always...

I did an online order. When I got there about 5 minutes early I saw our blizzards sitting in the cold box and already looked like they had been there a few minutes. They sat there while waiting on my order for probably 6 more minutes. They had whip cream that was melting along with the ice-cream and they said they couldn't flip because of the whip cream but really the whole thing would have dumped out. The pictures I put are taken about a minute after getting them. I wanted to ask for fresh ones but the girl at the counter had already been rude to other customers like they were a burden to help. I think she should have at least asked if I wanted new ones as it was clear they were very melted. This isn't the first time customer service was horrible but this is the first review from me because it would be nice to be treated well...
