I normally don’t write reviews but the working crew on 1/20/2024 @ 3:30-4:40 AM brought such anger in me. I do not know why the app allows people to place a mobile order when all McDonald’s locations have their system shut off - they only accept cash, but I do not know the time. I placed my mobile order at this location at 3:26 AM. I arrived at 3:40 AM and at the order lane I got told about the mobile app and system being down. I had asked for clarification but no one answered so I went to the window. No one was there, so I went to the second window. The young girl at the window let me know the same thing the First Lady did. I mentioned that I have proof of purchase and showed her my mobile order. She then went on to say, “our system is down but at 3:55 AM we get mobile orders and if you want to, you can wait and we will have your order ready once we get the order in at 3:55. I went ahead and accepted because I was hungry and I had work in three hours. She then told me to pull forward to the reserve drive thru spot. I waited and waited. Keep in mind there are no cars arriving behind me! Eventually I saw that the time hit 4:15, so I decided to reverse back into the second window. As I waited, I peeked at the window and saw about three people “working”, saw me, and then continued to do what they were doing. Eventually at the corner of my eye I see an older lady walk with a bag outside to the reserved spot. She didn’t see a car so she walked back inside. I then saw her look at me, looked at her coworker and said something, walked back to the kitchen, and then I didn’t see her for a good minute. Then another two workers popped up and looked at me, said something and then confused to “work” Eventually the lady came out to the window at 4:35 AM and said something like what do you need? I mentioned the situation and then she was like “ay me enfadé porque salí y no estabas, ya estaba lista de tirar tu orden” something like: “oh I got mad because I got out and you weren’t there, I was ready to throw out your order” I could’ve easily called them out on everything but I’m a patient person and do not like to start my mornings on negative energy. So as I’m driving back to my place, I finally go inside to enjoy my food, but then see my large fries being half empty!!!
I am pretty sure the lady went back to dump half the fries out after she went outside, thought I left, went back inside to tell her coworkers, saw me, started talking to them, and then walked back to the kitchen to dump them.
This is me venting at this point, but I just want you to be that person that calls them out instead of patiently waiting for them to give you your order on their own speed/time.
But then again I remind myself, it’s a fast food restaurant, it’s just never going to go...
Read moreI've been going to this McDonald's for years and have never had any issues. Andrew, who works in the late hours (12:30 am as I write this) was very rude and disrespectful. I had originally ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin but he said they did not have that available, in fact, he stated they did not have anything available bigger than a Big Mac. Okay? So, I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles, a medium French Fries, a medium Coke, and a small Dr. Pepper for my wife. When I pulled up to the pay window, no issues, but when I pulled up to the get your order window something strange happened. A gentleman came out and asked me what my order was. I told him. Then Andrew came up to the window, and with attitude, said "I told you we didn't have anything bigger than a Big Mac" My wife and I said, "what do you mean, we haven't even received our order yet?" I did become a bit upset at this point as I was unsure why hostility was needed. He responded that "no need to get all upset, I'm just trying to help you". I became upset because I felt attacked when I didn't do anything wrong. All I wanted was my double cheeseburger with fries, a drink, and my wife's drink as well. I could have made a big deal about the fact that they didn't have what I really wanted, but I understand things go south at a business sometimes (especially in the late hours). I just wanted my food and didn't need to be addressed negatively. I asked him his name and he gave me his first name (Andrew) and he told me that's all I needed to know. I'm giving a low rating because no one should have to be treated that way. I personally run a business myself and if we had a similar situation as this McDonald's might start comping people. I'm not sure how McDonald's mangers run their business but I would consider not having what we offer on the menu my...
