McDonald's — Restaurant in Oregon

This McDonald’s is hilarious because they all always have such stanky attitudes. Been dealing with it for years but finally decided it was time for a review.

Now as long as everything goes smoothly, they’ll be fine. Keep your order basic and have your money ready to go but if any kind of complication happens during the transaction, the girls working there will get noticeably surly and snippy.

I went there for lunch yesterday to use some of my points that I saved up on the app. My points were deducted after I placed my order but they were still trying to charge me for my item. The original cashier that took my order and the lady at the second window both acted like I was being such a problem child. I had done nothing wrong and a glitch on their end was causing them to act like I was ruining their day.

The girl at the window tells me, “Just give me another code” and I ask her how can I do that when I’m back down to 0 points?

She lets out an audible groan and slams the window shut. 45-60 seconds later, she practically throws my bag at me into my car. Praise the lord that she didn’t choose to also throw my drink at me like that. What a tough lady, creating conflict over nothing and gatekeeping for a 3 dollar sandwich when I’ve done nothing but use the points on the app that I earned. Hilarious. I sure hope her day got better.

Unless you’re starving to death and have the 15 extra minutes to burn in the drive through, I would advise you to avoid...

I went through the drive-thru and after a waiting there for 10 minutes and no one came over to speaker I pulled up to the window well they're all in their Mosin about no one paid any mind after repeatedly knocking on the window and being ignored even honking the horn and being ignored until being glared at by an employee repeatedly finally another employee comes to the window and says that they're all on break when it's open 24 hours said they're backed up but I was the only car for 15 minutes there I'm pretty sure she's giving out the telltale signs of somebody on methamphetamine or covid-19 this is just plain sickening such a disappointment let down when has McDonald gone so downhill so far below what McDonald's was created for I don't know if I want to eat at another McDonald's again knowing that my money is going to an employee's and their money is going to the drug dealer so they can get meth and smoke it on shift or shoot it however they do it instead of helping out a customer they'd rather say to need to go on break I am shocked and appalled I will not take the sitting down I'm going to stand up for what I believe in and I believe that the McDonald's today it is isn't what the McDonald's was yesterday I'm not going to tolerate the utterly blatant disrespect from the employees...

Re: McDonalds Restaurant 4706 Portland Rd NE, Salem, OR 97305 I visited the above McDonalds this afternoon and there 2 people hanging out right by the front door smoking cigarettes and asking for money. Walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke on the way in is not my idea of a pleasant experience. While I was waiting, there several customers that approached and were also asked for money. One woman in particular seemed be actually harassed on her way her way back to her car. I brought this to the attention to the employee (an older woman) and I was that they are there all the time. I told her that maybe she should bring it to the attention of the Manager or owner and I was told that nothing can be done....which I don't believe as it's more than likely private property. I did see the Manager in the back, but she never did bring the matter to his attention. I will NOT be going back to this McDonalds. If the owner doesn't care about people hanging out bugging people for money and smoking right at the front door..... He obviously doesn't need my money. I really think this issue should addressed by your Corporate Office. Thanks in advance for your help . This was also forwarded to McDonalds Corporate...
