Don't EVER TRY TO ORDER OR EVEN GO HERE PAST 7:30PM....LAST 4X GOT THERE AT 7:35 AND THEY WOULDNT MAKE A PIZZA BC THEY CKOSED THE REGISTER EARLY EVEN THOUGH THEY CMOSE AT 8PM....IT WAS EVEN A MANAGER THAT WAS THERE ..BUT OTHERWISE it's young kids and they ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY. this time I called in at 7:30 ordered I was running late plus the construction made it hard to get there...I called at 8pm and said I was running late I'll be there in a few minutes don't close on me...worker on phone said "no problem we have those made for you" I got there at 8:10 and as I walk up to the door 2 employees rush to the back where I can't see them...knock on door and call and no answer....WHY TELL ME THAT OR EVEN TAKE MY ORDER?? WHAT A JOKE RHEY ARE STILL THERE EVEN SO I FONT SEE THE BIG DEAL...THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME TO PAY OVER THE PHONE IF THEY WABTED TO CLOSE REGISTERS SINCE THEYRE STILL HERE CLOSING EVERYTHING ANYWAYS.....SUPER ANNOYED WHEN A RESTAURANT CLOSES EARLIER THAN WHAT IT STATES ...IM SORRY I THOUGHT YOU OWN A BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY AND GET A JOB YO MAKE MONEY SO WHEN CUSTOMERS COME YOU SERVE THEM...EVEN IF ITS A COUPLE MINUTES PAST THE TIME "YOUR SCHEDULED" GUESS THIS BUSINESS IS ALREADY "ROLLIN IN THE DOUGH" 🤣😉 AND DONT CARE ABOUT...

Latest problem is that they refused to take my coupon because I ordered online. They said "it's in another system, there's nothing I can do". I heard either "I don't know how" or "I don't want to be bothered". Previously, I placed an online order, then picked it up, and then as plans changed, I placed another online order 15 minuets later, and my wife picked it up. They told her "He already picked that up". She explained the situation, and they said "We aren't just going to give you free pizza" even though she explained it was 2 seperate orders! The new order apparently hadn't appeared in their system yet, but then they scolder her again saying "well, it can take up to 30 minuets for an online order to appear in our system"-- like she's supposed to know that. Previous to that, they lost my order, and I was waiting 30 min in the store for it. They didn't even ofdfer a discount or free side for my trouble! I don't know why I bother...

I've been a Papa Murphy's fan for many years. Glad the Oregon store was not my first experience. Twice now I've pre-ordered a pizza and arrived to find no pizza waiting for me. Last night the wait was long because the store had mishandled the order in front of me and had to deal with that. After finally being served I told Jeff, the store Assistant Manager; three times what I wanted. I was ultimately offered two pizzas although I had ordered one. Once that was straightened out and I left with the pizza I thought I had ordered... another surprise. My thin crust was not a thin crust at all. Two bad experiences in two visits is enough. Won't...
