I ordered a pizza online for carry out last night. It said it would take 14 minutes, I arrived at the pizza Hut at 19640 SE McLoughlin Blvd, Gladstone, OR 97027 about 20 minutes after I placed my order. I payed for my pizza and was told by a man with a name tag that said JM on it and said manager I believe that my pizza was coming out of the oven just then, I sat down and waited about 10 minutes went by, and the employee cane back out to the front counter and asked if I have been helped, it was the same employee "JM" that had taken my cash and said my pizza was coming out of the oven I told him yeah I just paid you I'm waiting for my food, he said "oh what's your name again" I replied Shane, he said "Shannon or something" I said no Shane, he then told me it would be out shortly. I waited patiently, as I waited a man and woman came in and ordered 3 pizzas and then left, I waited a very long time at this point being ignored by the employees, the people who ordered the three pizzas roughly 40 minutes after I had placed my order came back and there pizzas were ready, they got then and went on their wat. At this point I became completely irritated and asked the employee "JM" for a refund. He asked if I wanted a soda or brownie, I said no I ordered my pizza over an hour ago at this point and watched people order and relieve three pizzas in the time I waited, he said "ok hold on" went got on the phone, came back and asked if I wanted a soda or a brownie, at this point I am furious I said no give me my money back, he than said that my order didn't come through to the kitchen when I ordered it. Which I didn't understand since he had at first road me that my pizza was coming out of the oven, then verified my order once again and said it would be done soon. None of this made sense I do not know what kind of drugs this guy was on but it was completely ridiculous. Finally again I said no I want my money I want to leave he then got on the phone again and was speaking in Spanish, he then got in the register and got my money. Not once apologising. This us the worst customer service I have ever experienced, how this complete level of incompetence is allowed is beyond me. Read moreWe ordered the Triple Treat Box online on 12/26/2022. Everything was great order went through perfectly. Well someone called and I missed the call. They left message a message that was hard to understand. What we could understand after listening to the message several and I mean several times was that they did not have any Triple Treat boxes. The rest of the message we could not understand. I called the number back that called me. I was routed to call center. I tried to explain situation to lady and she transferred me to speak with a supervisor. I just wanted to know what was going on with the order. I did not need or request a supervisor. So on the supervisor line....there is no music, no one checked up on me so I thought call was disconnected. Called the number again to check on status of the order. Was met with the same call center. I explained what I wanted and the last call I was on they transferred me to supervisor. Lady said ok and off I went to the dead air line. I was on hold on that supervisor line for 20 minutes. Not one person checked on me or no recording thanking me for holding. I hung up that call in discuss. Called the number again and this time I acted like I wanted to order. The man that answered told me that my order was canceled because they did not have any Triple Treat boxes. He could not explain to me why the app and online still said that pizza was being delivered. During this whole ordealthe delivery time changed as if the order went through. He asked me if I would like to have a call back from the store manager. I said sure. As of this posting, I have yet to receive a call back from store manager.
Not sure if we will be ordering Pizza Hut again...
Read moreThis Pizza Hut is about a 3 min drive from me so I order pizza quite often from here. Since I have children ages 12, 14, and a 17 so I'm sure you can imagine how much it costs since each child likes different kinds of pizza and won't eat any other kind on average $50. I got my pizza tonight and the crust was extremely greasy and the cheese was burned. Also everything looked like it had been sitting for hours. When I called they said it was because I was the third delivery but that is just no excuse it should stay hot and fresh while being delivered especially since I got the text saying my order was out for delivery 5 min before my order arrived. The girl that answered was rude and refused to give her name. Don't waste your money unless you like eating greasy cardboard pizza.
*Update I called the store back the next day the assistant manager got my name and let me know she was going to give my info to the Area Manager. Well she did and I got a call back from Tony who not only issued me a refund for my pizza's but also gave me credit for next time I order. He gave me the name of the Team Leader and let me know he will be talking with her about how she treated me and what she is EXPECTED to do and how she is EXPECTED to treat other customers.
