Longtime customer of 10+ years and have multiple family members that also purchase their tobacco products here as well, but I will ensure that myself and family members don't give another dime to this business. As of the last few months I have consistently gotten horrible, rude, hostile and downright combative and confrontational behavior primarily from one of the older female clerks. I have given the benefit of the doubt one too many times understanding that everyone is entitled to having a bad day or in general there could be other stressors at the workplace. Today is the breaking point and the last time I will be spoken to in that way and using profanity towards your customers that keep you in business is unacceptable and intolerable. Called to let the management know the details as to what had taken place and never even got a courtesy call-in return which I requested. I would recommend avoiding this place if you can find your product at another shop. The selection of niche tobacco items is ok. But the woman is apparently more interested in making snide comments rather than providing a positive experience, and establishing returning customers. I will not be returning. I initially read the negative reviews and gave their customer service the benefit of the doubt. I chalked the low ratings up to bitter people. My first 2 visits were fine but the third visit i experienced her unprovoked condescending attitude. If you dont mind people talking down to you then maybe it wont be a big deal to you. Do not come here. I had a horrible experience with them. Purchased a disposable puff bar. First one they gave me was defective right when I tried it in my parking lot it wouldn’t work. They gave me a “replacement” which two hours later also stopped working. I drove back and told them the second one was also defective to the same lady who gave me both. She hit me with “once you leave the parking lot, we can’t replace it.” Like okay, how is it my fault you are selling defective disposable vapes. She said I could purchase another one.
