Pizza Pit - Oregon — Restaurant in Oregon

A - MAZ - ING!! Pizza Pit is the best pizza ever. I was thrilled to see Oregon has one in town, actually they have been there over 25 years that says something about Mr. White’s reputation. Thank you sir. I live in Rudolph, WI., and nowhere is there a Pizza Pit I’m simply devastated there is not one Up North. I said to the owner he should open one up by me, specifically Stevens Point, my old college town, the pizzas would be flying out the door!! Mr. White brings up a good point, where would I find help? Thats the billion dollar question that’s needs the billion dollar answer.

Mr. White the pizza is amazing and brought back some great memories to share, well with my cat tonight her name is Snowball, she is 17 years old. Everyone was sleeping so this was her time to be an opportunist. She took over the slice! May I add she’s a picky eater just the smell from the oven got her going.

Thank you again Pizza Pit I would give you 10 stars if I could. Tomorrow the fellas will chow down the pizzas after doing field work and best of all they will be expecting more take and bakes in the future.

I first called cause the delivery was 20 min late they said our food was still in the store. I then called again 30 min later and they said it was out for delivery. The driver finally calls and said I’m in Brooklyn at ur house and I don’t live there. I said I haven’t lived there in 3 years and I did not put that address down when I ordered online. I called and spoke with the manager who was completely rude and hung up on me. Our family was sick with covid and we are just waiting g for food since we couldn’t go anywhere. Pizza pit needs to realize the customer comes first this was not the first time they delivered to our old address, fix ur process! Also maybe offer the customer a discount ?!? Will not be ordering from them again.

I posted the review below and gave 1 star. Pizza Pit reached out after that experience and rectified the situation. I've changed the review to 4 stars, because though I had a poor initial experience they took steps to make up for it. That is the solution I look for from a local business.

Prior post "Local resident. Ordered 3 pizzas. Only got two upon delivery. Called and requested the third be delivered. An hour later, the third pizza hadn't been delivered. Called again and they hadn't made the third yet. Asked for my money back and all they offered was to give me store credit for the pizza they didn't deliver, not a return to my credit card. ...so I guess if I want the pizza I ordered, I can get it on a future night if I call and order it again...not the solution I look for from a pizza...
