Annie and her staff are extremely friendly and confident in their ability to make wonderful, healthy food. Their smoothies, made with fresh ingredients, are incredibly satisfying to drink and you can actually feel the benefits from enjoying them. The house made soups, which change periodically, are made with perfected recipes and feel like grandma herself served it to you. Their gluten free and vegan options are expansive and never leave you feeling like you had to settle. They also deliver via DoorDash and open bright and early for those who like a pick-me-up smoothie in the AM! I LOVE THIS EMPOWERING, HEALTHY SHOP! Annie is such a Beautiful Inspiring Woman and the smoothies and gluten free yummies are wonderful! Along with Trillium Natural Health Food Store, this is one the best places on the coast of Oregon to fill up on food that fuels our bodies, in my humble opinion. I will be driving the coast again soon, and I am definitely stopping in for another smoothie! All of it, including her enthusiasm and love, is like getting a shot of good energy to propel me through the day! Very welcoming! She asked if we were new, gave us a rundown of the menu and let us know to ask if we had questions. I wasn't originally going to get one, just my husband, but the PB Kind looked good so I asked if it could be made without the yogurt and she happily said yes. It also had the option of chocolate syrup or dates for sweetener. I got dates. My husband got the post workout smoothie. He gave them a 4 because the texture and taste was "a little thick and pasty".
