There is a woman with short blonde dyed hair, who is rude and refuses to remake a sub sandwich that she messed up herself. My wife kindly tells her to remake it, as the female subway employee messed up and put a lot of mayonnaise on it instead of ranch. The employee proceeds to try to take the mayonnaise off, then tells my wife that ranch and mayonnaise are the same anyway? Like what? My wife didn't ask for mayonnaise or wants mayonnaise at all. My wife kindly asks her to remake it and the rude woman let's out a huge sigh, shrugs her shoulders, and tells her "you know what, there's no mayonnaise in it at all now." So apparently the woman was either lazy to remake the sandwich (my wife used to work for Subway in Arkansas and always remade sandwiches for customers, when it was her mistake with no hesitation) or didn't care at all for customer service. Poor customer service and we will never come back to this branch ever again, as long as that rude woman is there. The manager at least came out to try to apologize to us, and said they could remake it but it was too late at this point, that rude lacking of customer service skills employee didn't want to remake it. Read moreOMG! where do I begin. First off I usually only go here because it's the nearest Drive-Thru Subway. And let's start with how the employees working here seem like they are on something. Whenever you see the inside of this place while going through the Drive-Thru it's apparently clear the whole dine in area is like non existent of customers. And it seems like they just don't hire employees that are competent enough to do the job. I mean, nobody asked them to work here and if they are that upset at the job why don't they look somewhere else. These people while at the intercom first are rude and secondly they make you repeat the order several times over and when you get to the pickup window they have gotten the order wrong. And tonight is what really is debating if I'm ever going back. I bring home my sandwiches and both of them the bread is completely sliced through both sides. All of the sandwich makings was spread uneven throughout the sandwich and the sandwich itself wasn't cut evenly in half and in the wrapper was placed like it had a huge space separated the loaves apart. The sticker was not even holding the sandwich closed. I mean seriously? It makes no sense. Read moreI am a neighborhood customer and since this place has been established, I unfortunately have had too many unacceptable experiences with this location due to the lack of customer service and time. I was just there tonight went through the drive thru and the representative asked for my order. One foot long multi-grain, lettuce tomato and turkey and toasted, that's when the employee said I will be right back I am going to toast it, a minute later she proceeded with the toppings. Well,once I got to the payment window another lady asked me if they have taken my total, after all was done and said I got the sandwich without napkins or a receipt. I had to ask for one which was a duplicate. Ten minutes from where I live I opened the sandwich and it was not toasted. I don't understand why she had me wait for a minute and supposedly toasted the sandwich. I called and when I expressed my concern the lady on the phone said would you like to come back so we can toast it? seriously what is going on with customer service not even an apology and holding themselves accountable.
