I have lived in the area most of my life and more recently right on the street at some apartments close by and had never tried this place. I walked back and forth by it and finally decided to try it today. Overall, the coffee and food were really good. Price is very reasonable, especially compared to other coffee shops. Even big mainstream places like Dutch Bros which is just down the street. The coffee is a bit more bitter so if you like that stronger coffee taste you'll definitely appreciate the coffee here. I do feel that it was definitely worth the price of the coffee comparatively. The food was actually really good. It seemed like everything was freshly prepared and made in the actual location. None of it seemed to be shipped or frozen or anything like that. That was microwaved overall, the value and the quality of the products are really high. The location is kind of questionable however, it works for who their audience is. Local people who live nearby. They even have a drive-thru. And while it's not the most convenient thing to use, at least it's an option that's available. The inside of the coffee shop was small but they did try to utilize their space as best as possible. I'm sure if I'm looking for a nice authentic coffee drink, I will return here for sure over going to another bigger franchise place. However, if you're on a budget or if you really don't care about quality, McDonald's is right next...

Tried to like this place I really did, but multiple times I’ve been here where it clearly wasn’t busy and it takes upwards of 20-30+ minutes sometimes just to get a small order of coffee and a sandwich. Makes zero sense.

Last time it took 35 minutes to make two breakfast sandwiches…… there were 4-5 other total patrons there and initially I thought everyone ordered food but as orders came out, the people in front of me just had coffee further adding to my confusion on the wait.

On another occasion it took nearly 20 minutes to receive a cold brew. If you’re looking for a quick and easy place to get coffee or a quick bite, this spot isn’t it.

Pro tip, if there’s a line in the drive through don’t bother going in as they will ignore the customers inside to fulfill their drive through orders. They clearly need another person given the similar feedback from other patrons. Not a good look to stand there for ten minutes inside your shop with no one taking your order.

Once again makes zero sense as they get overwhelmed with even a couple of cars in the drive through. I hate writing bad reviews but this has been a pretty consistent experience...

Love the bacon and egg on a biscuit, custom sandwich order, that I almost always get here. The baristas are beautiful people and they bring about a good environment. I like their music choices. The coffee is Longbottom's, local roaster. Good prices. Their punch card will get you two free drinks once you fill it. ... Update, dropped a star, prices keep going up and after further review of my receipts I've found they are inconsistent with what they charge for the sandwich I like and in my opinion it's too much. And another star dropped due to the convo I had with one of the main baristas that actually increased the cost of the sandwich by nearly a dollar in less than a 30 second conversation. Coffee is good, maybe even great but unless something changes, yeah, 3 stars for inconsistent and ever increasing costs.

Why is it that the more busy and popular a place gets the more money they want?

Update 2019-04-06: gone back a couple times recernrly and have had a better experience. Food has been great, service is friendly and prices...

the drive through is what drew me here and it's the fact they have actual hot breakfast food is what keeps me coming almost every day. It's open EARLY and much faster than Mcdonald's or Black Rock. I rated 3 stars because they really need to standardize their bfast sandwich- each person makes it slightly different. I love the PDX breakfast sandwich on their perfect biscuit [first photo] but I have to order it with the arugula on he side and put it in myself because it is terrible cooked with it-- it becomes so stringy you cannot even chew [second photo]. Overall this place is better than most and sets the bar higher but needs some mgmt re-training.

The space is very cozy, though seating is limited with only three small tables and one large one. When I visited, it was not crowded, so I was able to grab a spot and use the power outlets to work on my computer. The food was amazing, especially the grilled sandwich, which I highly recommend. They also offer signature drinks that were really good, along with a wide selection of other options. If you are in a hurry, the drive-through is very convenient. There is plenty of parking available, which makes visiting easy. The only note I would add is that the AC made the space feel a bit too cold. Other than that, it is definitely a spot worth checking
