Edit: I must unfortunately edit my review, as certain issues have brought to the forefront the lack of maintenance and care at this establishment.
While the point of sales systems are clean, credit to the pandemic, I have lost two cards here. The first card I lost I had only noticed days later, and there is a lot of potential for that to have been my fault. On reaching out to the owner when my card was lost, I was told that the cameras were offline when I went through. Insured credit card, no big deal, ask for a new one.
This second time, however, I noticed that my card was not returned to me immediately after receiving my food. The employee at the time said she had given my card back, but upon pulling ahead and reviewing my own dashcam footage of the event, I had not been handed the card back. In the parking lot, I practically took apart my car and seats just to ensure I did not lose the card in my seats.
The manager on staff at the time informed me that they would reach out to the owner, and that I would be contacted. Only when returning to the store at a later point, as advised by corporate, was I told that the cameras were offline due to a power issue. Convenient.
Until more is done to address the apparently-frequent camera issues, and to ensure that customer cards are handled with care, I cannot recommend visiting this establishment.

Good food, only complaint was the slightly dirty point of sale systems. Clean...
Read moreAfter growing up 17 1/2 years of my life in this part of Aloha, just a few blocks away, you come to find the favorite "haunts" or "hangouts" for people. This was always that place for most everyone in the vicinity. I hope it still is. It's became a bit of a tradition in all honesty to visit this place in the summer after going to the Washington County fair for me & my mom.
It scared me to see the MickeyD's going in next door where Blockbuster used to be as I've worried that'll steal away the business from this DQ. So far, it hasn't seemed to do this at all, in fact, it's only seemed to take away DQ's drive-thru traffic. Yes, I'm one of those "don't change a damn thing" guys with my old hood. It'll always be my home where my heart is, and I can't bear to see all these changes that've been happening the last 5-10 years.
In the end though, the nostalgia gives me a bias to this DQ admittedly, but man, even without it, there's just something unexplainably fantastic about it that cannot be described. This specific location has slightly less consistency with the food's warmth and freshness than that of the location in Downtown Beaverton, but this location has a better, more...
Read moreCame through tonight and they were busy as usual. This is not a bit deal as it's part of the usual. Good food gets good demand, that is not the case tonight. I order 2 kids meals, one with a burger and one with chicken along with a loaded A1 with a diet Pepsi. This location seems to have fallen back to old habits of not QCing Orders. I got my drink and the rep said 'Here is your Pepsi' and at this point, I ask led for confirmation that it was reg, not diet. It was reg, so I said "Oh, this was supposed to be diet pepsi." Then I got the food and went home. The results; I got one kids meal as I ordered. The other was also chicken, no sauce. The A1 burger I got was slapped together and had no bacon and half the sauce it was supposed to. The drink, Diet Rootbeer (Pib, Dr. Pepper, I don't know, I don't drink that stuff) All in all, a very disappointing experience from a place I have been going to for a long time. For a while their trend was small errors, and they seemed to have corrected. Now they took, it seems, like 4 steps back. There is a McDs in the same parking lot, save yourself the headache...
