Mi Jalisco Family Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Oregon

This place is mediocre at its best. We came in...2 adults and 2 kids. Ordered chicken nuggets for my 1 year old, nachos for my oldest. Beef and chicken fajitas for my husband and seafood enchiladas for me.

The fajitas where sweet. Like they where marinated in bbq sauce. We asked the server and all she said was she didn't know what they used to season the meat. We where not happy at all with the fajitas. The seafood enchiladas had more vegetables that anything else. I was unable to locate the shrimp and the crab meat they said it came with looked more like shredded fish.

The nachos where ok. My daughter got her nuggets when the rest of of where almost done eating. Every restaurant I've ever been to....Mexican or not has always made sure kids meals come out first. I have no idea why hers was last.

I ordered the horchata loca an alcohol based beverage. I didn't even finish it because the alcohol was too strong. It felt like it was nothing but straight alcohol with no horchata like the description said. The servers where ok. Ill definitely not...

👉UPDATE: My husband is now violently ill with food poisoning after eating leftover Arroz Con Pollo yesterday. Changing my 2 star rating to 1 star (too bad there's not an option for zero stars 😡). We will not be returning.😒 It pains me to post a 2 star review...we've been coming to Mì Jalisco for years. But this is far from being the 1st time I've received food this way, & I feel like I gotta say something.

To whomever receives the seafood before it's prepared for customers: Start Paying Attention & Clean Your Shrimp, because this is gross!🍤💩 (see pix)

Had it not been for this one issue I would've been posting a 5 star review, because this one thing aside, the food here is outstanding.

In all honesty, uncleaned shrimp probably isn't a big deal to some people. However all I see when I find this in my food is a beautiful shrimp that's ruined, & which I'm now too grossed...

I left the below review 2 months ago with 2 stars. Ordered take out again tonight and it was worse that ever. (Last chance) I've been a patron at this location since they opened. The food quality for delivery has declined with every order. I ordered the Aloha Special (shredded beef). Both the taco and "supposed to be burrito" were ground beef. The "Enchilada" had shredded beef but very dry. The ceviche tostadas, extremely bland. I am beyond disappointed!!! NONE of this was the delivery service's doing, it's all restaurant cooks!!!

2 months ago - Extremely disappointed with my last 2 orders being online delivery. 1st one, order was wrong & I had to (shredded beef) take it all back. Not good when spending quite a bit of $$$. They blamed the delivery service. Tonight was wrong ingredients. Ordered shredded beef & got ground beef. That's not the delivery service making the food. Sucks cause I really enjoy their food!!...
