Another poorly run stand in the Jackson County Area which is franchised. This one has to be one of the worst, with the Regional Director, MB not treating people right, terminating them for no reason, allowing managers to violate company policy and more. Turnover is high in these stands not because young people don't want to work, but because young people aren't being treated right. I do not know his name, but there was a man wearing a belt with one of those big gold medallions on the front. We showed up this evening, and he was the only employee there. He had this smile on his face while he was making our drinks, and we couldn't tell if he just enjoyed his job, or if he knew he made the best drinks in the valley. As we drove away, we discovered the second option to be true. That was the best blended raspberry lemonade I've ever had. And he definitely knew how to make a coffee too. The ladies here had quite the aggressive and displeased attitude towards their customers, I love dutch bros but that definitely has me looking at the other shops now.
