Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Orem

I love the food but had a gross taste in my mouth when I went to pick up my to go order tonight. They had my to go order on the to go shelf across from the register. I walked in grabbed it’s my name was clearly written on it, I thanked them loudly and started out. I was then chased down by a woman telling me ma’am we had someone steal food yesterday making me feel like I was stealing from her and making me uncomfortable. I had to run out and get my phone to prove it was my order. Now I understand someone stole from you that’s rough…BUUUTT If you have had issues with that my suggestion would be to leave to food behind the counter and have them come pick it up from register and show the confirmation? Not make new customers in your location uncomfortable with a process that I have done here in the past which is walk in grab my things that are OUT...

This place Bubbakoo's burritos, I ordered the General TSO'S Combo meal. I thought the Burrito was ok. The price was a little high. I also ordered Fries which were good & a Soda. The Ice machine was not filled with any Ice which made the drinks very warm & not tasting as good. Also the Burrito was semi warm but, tasted ok. The service was good & a employee & Manager answered some of my questions. I thought this place had a good atmosphere & the Restrooms were clean at the time. Also the Kitchen looked clean along with the Dining area except for a little trash someone left on a table. I really was not that impressed & probably will not return to this place to eat. The food looked good, but the service couldn’t be more slow for a chipotle style restaurant. There wasn’t anyone in line when we got there and it legit took what felt like 15 minutes to get our food. My meal was cold by the time the food got to me, and our cashier got distracted while we were checking out and started helping a co-worker make a burrito or something. The employees look nice but I think could use some more training on speed and friendliness. With nobody in line, none of the workers greeted us or asked what we wanted to order.
