Swig — Restaurant in Orem

Wow. Shocked. One bad employee experience! Company charged me for a mistake they made and want me to pay 2x for it! Nope. I live near the university location. After pulling in I saw the largest Line I’ve ever seen there, cars backed up clear down by the gym. I decided to drive to the Stadium Location. Here I likely got a newer employee. She was nice and tried hard. I was kind and patient in slowly repeating my order 3x. After driving most of the way home I realized the drink was still made wrong. No sweat. Maybe I’ll toss the nearly $4 drink. Driving nearly right by the univ Ave location. Kindly I told the employee the Problem. She was so rude. And told me I had to pay for the drink again and she wasn’t going to make an exception. Bothered with me, she told me if I really wanted to explain the situation again maybe someone else would have sympathy on me. Ha ha. Company charged me for a mistake they made and want me to pay 2x for it. 1 hour of my life and a gallon of expensive gas just to be treated like that. Wow. Too bad. Thieves. I just went through the drive through and ordered two 16 ounces which is 1.35 each, so before taxes it should of been 2.70 plus around an additional 30 cents for tax so it should of been a hair under 3 dollars. Typically when they show me the tablet I’m given an option to add a tip, but this time they just told me the total was 5.20 and it was only asking for my signature. I didn’t say anything because I was a little stunned, but after looking at my bank statement I realized that I paid 2.20 over what I should of paid. 2 dollars and some change won’t kill me at the end of the day, but this move was shady and lacked total integrity. Two dollars isn’t worth losing a customer forever.

I have a slight addiction to the Unbreakable refresher, that’s beside the point, haha, however over the last two months I’ve gotten about 8 of said refreshers, every time, literally EVERY TIME, I have gotten one at this location it’s always gross. It’s no flavor, basically just sparkling water with lemon, I could make that at home and save $4. All of my drinks I’ve purchased here and it’s the same taste every time, not sure what they get wrong. I come to this one because it’s closer, sadly no more, I’ll make the trip to north Orem or Lindon, I’ve had this made at the other locations and they are bomb. Bummer south Orem doesn’t make...
