Lately when I go to this location, I always would ask for at least 3 avocado sauces. Every single time they try and "save" money by giving me 2 sauces despite my specific requests each time. When getting the Classic Chicken Burrito, it's been steadily getting worse each time that I go. Since "chicken" is the first ingredient in the item's title, you'd expect there to be "some" chicken in the burrito, right? That's the most frustrating part about them trying to "save" money by making horrible portions of chicken in the burrito. I don't know if they're not properly trained, or if their manager teaches them how to save their money and chicken. But my experience goes as follows: Biting into the top part of the burrito yielded no traces of chicken. I then started to look a little more for it on my second and third bites. However, I didn't see any chicken yet. I proceeded to look very closely at the burrito for any chicken, but there was only rice and beans as I got down to the last 1/3rd of the burrito. I made sure to look with a keen eye for detail before taking any bites to find any chicken present in my "chicken burrito." I never got to any chicken until there was only less than a third left of the burrito. This is where it gets even more disappointing. When I finally found chicken, it was shredded into tiny bits of appalling portions in the last part of the burrito. I made sure to check within those last two bites for any redeeming quality of this "chicken burrito," but to no avail. All I experienced was extremely small chicken bits that were out-shined by bean/rice flavors. Since when do you experience the flavor of beans/rice over seasoned chicken? If that's not enough, one part of a small chicken particle had a sizable chicken bone/cartilage piece which was nasty, and I felt disheartened after trying to enjoy a "chicken burrito." The last time I got this burrito, it was a very similar experience as well as I had TWO chicken cartilage pieces in the extinct chicken meat in this "chicken burrito" that they so ever-lastingly advertise as their "Classic Chicken Burrito" at a restaurant that has "Pollo" in their name. Usually I'm crazy for the taste of chicken, but the last few months I've gone left me feeling crazy after eating...

Read moreI have never tried this place until now but I was pretty disappointed. I’m normally not the one to complain about a restaurant but this was outrageous. First off all I drove up to the drive through and the person was so rude. She acted like she didn’t even want me to be there. Then after she swiped my card and gave me my drink, she straight up walked away and I never saw her again. After waiting 5 minutes to get my food it finally came but... it wasn’t my food. The next lady then asks me to pay $8 for my meal and it I tried to explain to her that my meal was $16 and the other lady already swiped my card. So had to pay for another persons meal and finally I was able to somehow get my food and not someone else’s. That’s only is because the manager finally came to resolved the issue. And he refunded me for the $8 dollars. I thought everything was fine after that, I was a little upset because of the lack of communication and bad costumer service but I hoped to at least have a good meal. The food was not great. They made my burrito spicy and I didn’t ask for that. The beans and rice were not that great either. Pretty much I just paid for a over price version of Taco Bell. I hate to say but I probably won’t...
