Been waiting for this place to open! I ordered a soyrizo taco and and nacho fries with vegan cheese and soyrizo. I had to ask if it was vegan cheese after trying because it was so good! Also got some Mexican rice because almost every other place uses chicken bullion or broth which I can't eat. It was so flavorful and fluffy. They even used different cooking surfaces and utensils to make sure there's no cross contamination from animal products. No vegan sour cream yet but the owner said it's because he's not happy with the options available, really committed to taste which is appreciated. He also said he will add more plant based options if demand is high enough, yes please. Got a tamarind drink and extra pickled jalapeños because it wasn't spicy enough for me and there's no additional hot sauce options yet as they're super new. was there a reason counter guy fell way short on helpfulness and friendliness? It appears no one here wants to deal with customers. First there's no phone orders. Then there's the QR code, that's a no for me. Then at kiosk when prompted for which meat I want in burrito, I ask what birria is, the guy can't be bothered to explain so points to sign that doesn't explain either(this is the English speaking guy). When I say that doesn't explain what birria is either he points to another sign. All the time with attitude like customer service is beneath him. Then the kiosk is asking questions that aren't making sense. So I end needing to order at counter. Often when service people are in re unpleasant there could be something behind it. So I remained polite. Also food was overly salted. Table weren't wiped and windows and doors need cleaned and kept up regularly as it's first thing...

I went here and was very disappointed when my request to get sour cream on the side was denied. It makes no sense when every other restaurant can accommodate your needs, but this one refused to put sour cream on the side. It made no sense as the reasoning I received was that we make sour cream is already made? It made no sense to me, as all that needed to be done was, instead of pouring sour cream on my taco, you just put that small amount on the side of my plate. The staff was also very rude when I questioned why. I agree the tacos were good, but certain requests should be considered. There's no need to be money hungry for something that could be easily done, especially since I am paying for the ingredients...
