Subway — Restaurant in Orland Township

I am extremely displeased with this Subway restaurant. I looked on Google. It said it was open until 10pm. I was pleasantly surprised, as I could not make it there earlier. To make sure, I called the location at about 8pm. I talked to a girl, and she said, yes 10pm today. I arrive at 9:43pm to get myself a sandwich for dinner to go. The door says Tuesday, open until 10:00pm. All of the lights were out in the restaurant. The doors were locked. There was nobody inside. There was a girl sitting in her car on her phone in the parking lot. I don't understand why you would say you are open until 10pm...if you aren't open until 10pm. This seems pretty basic. If she would have told me on the phone that they have a policy of closing early if they are not busy, then fine. Whatever. But that did not happen, and I do not know if that policy exists. Associates have no experience and are completely incapable of helping you navigate their app or any promotions. The associates can't even speak English and are unable to communicate to even fulfill job duties. So unless you already know your exact order and are planning on going in and out, I would highly NOT recommend this specific location. Any form of needed communication will most likely end in a failed or at least very dissatisfied result. This is a non-bias review, I am merely stating the facts of what will transpire if one should decide to attend this location. Came in and got two sandwiches to go. The sandwich I got for myself was made by an employee who must have been making cookies in the back and then helped make the sandwiches WITHOUT changing her gloves.

I have a tree nut allergy, and up until today, I had never had a reaction THIS bad. I ate half of my sandwich and then began to have the normal reaction of an itchy tongue when I eat something that has touched or contains tree nuts.

Then, 5 minutes later, my lip swells and goes numb, and my right eye swells up as well.
