Soul vibez in orland park;il If you have any cardiac or htn diagnosis this place is DEFINITELY NOT for you d/t sodium intake 1st arrive you are in a single file line my wait was approx 30 min waiting to get to the cashier to place your order the paper menus and monitor menus was located at cashier Menus should be at the entrance to save time Not knowing I could of just came in and sat down while waiting on my party (approx 20 min) now had to wait 30 min in line d/t lunch crowd coming in Employee announced it would be a 45nin wait to get your food my party requested a drink 3 times reply just a min or Ok Approx 40 min my food came but not my party an individual female walking around I inquired "are you an employee of this establishment " response "huh" "do you work here" response "sort of kind of what do you need" my response after waiting 40 min for my food may I have hot sides and please leave these here till you bring me the new ones Eating the catfish it was hot and VERY fishy tasting as it was not washed thoroughly Half way thru my meal my party meal arrived taking the tray from the server she requested to come back d/t residue and old food particles on the tray OBVIOUS this establishment don't wash the trays a new piece of parchment paper is placed on previous trays Still waiting on the drink still hearing just a minute a couple of times we were ignored when attempting to f/u on the pending order While I continue to eat the lady next to me WTH while eating her Mac & cheese she had red bean in it DEFINITELY cross contamination After deciding I'm done with this highly salted poorly prepared and not hot sides We are still waiting on my guess food I tried to get a clear explanation of why I have to pay a service fee informed Im Eating inside the restaurant I express the service is terrible and if I carry out I still have to wait over an order to get service At this point tired of waiting on food and a drink my party decided to get a refund A pic of her receipt was taken and she was told it would be refunded after approval of the manager which they claim was no manager on site I explained to the sort of kind of employee when u receive a refund paying with a credit card the item is circled and you are given another receipt with the original attached I was informed that was not true Not willing to accept just a Pic taken on employee phone voices escalated my party had to call orland police on this establishment to get a refund receipt on her credit card purchase For all of her inconvenience the wait,the dirty tray,never received her food and drink refusing to give her a refund receipt, staff ignoring us she/we NEVER got an apology But they did request she never come back Just a suggestion change the name to Ignore you or just a minute its a shame Orland police had to step in to get a receipt Officer Estrada very professional appears to be an great assess to the Orland Park...

My husband and I went here for brunch on a Sunday during a busy weekend due to tge Beyoncé concert. They opened for brunch at 11am and we got there about 20mins before they opened. There was a line of about 30-40 people ahead of us when we arrived. Once they finally opened they advised us that there would be about an hour and a half wait for inside dining. We ended up waiting outside in line for about 45minutes to get inside. Once we got inside, we were seated at the bar. The bartender told us that we had 60mins from the time he took our order to get our food and to eat due to the long line of people waiting for a table. We briefly looked over the menu and decided to get the patron margarita flight tree to share. My husband ordered lemon pepper wings for an appetizer and the French toast with breakfast potatoes. I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of macaroni and cheese. The margarita were really good all 4 flavors! The lemon pepper wings and a macaroni were my favorite, both were so delicious !! The wings were tossed in a buffalo/honey sauce top with a lemon pepper seasoning. They were perfect. The mac n’cheese was flavorful and cheesy and creamy at the same time. It was definitely some of the best restaurant mac that I have had. My chicken was also good it was fresh and had flavor. However I did not care for the waffle. It was a basic very thin waffle. The French toast was just ok as well.

I would love to go again for dinner to try their dinner menu.

My only complaint was that we were never given water and had to ask for it well after we received our food.

Even though it was really busy I feel that the service was good. The bartender was attentive to our needs and made sure we were taking care of. The atmosphere here was also a vibe. Due to the Beyoncé concert, they of course played all of her music and it got everyone hyped for the concert that night.

I have wanted to try this place for a few weeks now after seeing it on TikTok. Me and my husband was leaving Indiana headed back to Iowa and I thought we should stop by on the way back home and give the place a try. I ordered our food online at 3:39 PM. We still had a hour drive so after ordering it my food it said it will be ready at 4:45pm. We arrived about 4:25pm. We stood outside for a little bit just to give them time to have it done by the pick up time. When getting there, we did notice that the location of the restaurant didn’t have the best parking so it took us a while to find parking. About 4:50pm my husband went into the restaurant to get our food and he stood there for about 10 minutes until a guy in suit let him know that he can go back to his car and he will bring our food to us. We sat outside for about another 45 minutes to an hour. I then decided to call the inside of the restaurant to ask how much longer for my food being that it was already 5:25pm. I spoke with a young lady and she asked for my name and asked how did I place my order, when I let her know I placed my order online. I then hear her ask ask a gentleman to bring my food to out to me. When we received our food it was cold, so I’m not sure how long my food had sat in there before the young man had brought us our food. When checking our food before leaving, we noticed that the portions was a lot smaller than we expected for the price. I got the soul egg rolls and I will give them about a 5/10. There was more Mac n cheese in the roll then anything and the lil bit of greens that was inside of the roll did not have enough flavor. My husband got the platter that came with green tomatoes, jerk chicken, eggrolls, and the wings and I was very disappointed with the wingding because I’ve had better Tyson frozen chicken wings from the store.
