We use Robin for everything related to jewelry and design. Example: we have six grandchildren. My wife wanted a 'grandma' ring which contained the birthstone of each grandchild. Robin worked with my wife, designed the ring, priced it out (really reasonably priced), and created the ring. She loves it. For insurances purposes, Robin will sent the piece to his recommended appraiser. It returns with a copy for us, a copy for our insurer, and a copy for Robin.
