This is a brand new location. The design is a little different from other fast food chains. It felt a little crowded and small as soon as I walked in. It's not the open concept, social gathering place that one might expect and it took me a minute to adjust.
Once I got a good "lay of the land" and figured out where to order, Stacia greeted me with a great smile from the register. I'll mention once again that this is a new location with a new crew. There is a bit of a learning curve for everyone so let's all try to exercise a bit of compassion if we have to wait an extra minute for our food. Don't deny yourself a tasty sandwich because of a slightly longer wait time.
Speaking of tasty sandwiches. I tried the turkey club and the brisket. They were both very good and had a lot of flavor on their own. The buns tasted fresh too. The various extra sauces on the side offer a nice little kick. I suggest trying them all to figure out which one suits your palate. Try mixing two or more for your own personalized creation as well.
There is also a great variety of sides to try. Truly something for everyone and if all else fails, who doesn't love curly fries. I tried the jalapeno bites. The crispy exterior and the cream cheese filling are a great pairing. These are not spicy at all so they're a great choice for taking a small step outside the comfort zone.
All the food I tried was good and the staff was very friendly. This Arby's is a wonderful alternative to the other fast food options in the area. You can also receive a free sandwich coupon if you sign up for the email list. Please let me know what sandwich and side you try so I know what to order the next time I pop in.

   Read moreI am extremely disappointed in this Arby's. We ordered a lot of food got to the window and everything was wrong. We order iced tea they gave us a HI c. we ordered a coke and they gave us diet coke. We were missing half of the order. The lady at the window clearly said that she forgot half our order. The lady that took the order said: "I clearly messed up all their order and laughed." Then the lady who looked like the manager was rude didn't apologize at all. After waiting till they figured out what they were doing we got our food got home and our beef and cheddar had no cheddar. We go back to the store and asked for them to rectify the situation and she stated they ran out of cheddar and acted as she went back to put some on it and when I got home again there was NO CHEDDAR!!!! The manager with the long red hair that was loose not up in a bum or cap said that they were waiting for a cheddar truck to come in. This is absurd!!! I have never experienced such horrible customer service from Arby's I will rather travel to another one then go to this Arby's...
   Read moreI sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes without explanation. While I'm waiting, I watch an employee walk to the dumpster and smoke an entire cigarette. This guy's hands are all over the dumpster doors alternating between holding the cigarette and scrolling through his cell phone. Once he's done smoking, he walks past me (I'm still in the drive thru line with no cars behind me) and goes straight to the counter where they hand out the food. By now I'm very upset and go inside only to see all 5 employees standing around talking to each other. Dumpster boy asks me if I'm picking up an order. I tell him I'm trying to get my drive thru order I've been waiting almost 10 minutes for! Some other young boy behind the counter has the audacity to ask me what I ordered. Seriously?! I'm the ONLY CUSTOMER THERE.... while I stare at him and repeat the nonsense question he blurted out the girl who took my order starts throwing my food in the bag....
