Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Orlando

The worst location. I’m a regular customer to this brand.

I often visit MCO airport (Terminal A) and for the last four times the experience has been terrible.

10 minutes for an order and when they called me.....”big news”... Pretzels are sold out.

I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and receive less than usual, I asked if they can provide a normal size but said they are sold out and they will not make more... so I asked to cancel the order or a refund, they immediately talked to the next customer in line and The associate ignored me.

My last experience was last week. When it was hard to order as they were signing with a very loud music.

My order was given to another customer, and the employee said it is a regular customer which had no time to wait so I should wait five to eight more minutes. I said the tradition is first come first served and they said that rules does not work when loyal customers are at the place.

Staff is not friendly at all

A&A should close this place for a while and do a new training to the whole staff based on customer experience. Unfortunately is the only store in the area. But I won’t come back to this location.

So sad, I love the brand and the food but because of situations like these ... you are losing loyal...

We went to the Cinnabon in the food court of the airport as we arrived way before out flight and to be honest, all we wanted was a cup of coffee (little did we know there were a starbucks on the other side of the terminal)! We ordered Lattes and went to sit outside to drink them, neither one of us actually checking the cup before we left the counter. It was by far one of the worst Lattes I have ever had in my life, it was basically colored milk. They would have needed to add about 4 expresso shots to the cup to even make it drinkable. Needless to say both cups went straight in the bin.

I would like to think that it was just down to the girl working there not knowing how to use the coffee machine properly but we won't be ordering coffee from there again...

Attempted to place an order at 7:55 am terminal B location . This location opened at 7am but the only items available were regular pretzels and pretzel bites .. no breakfast items as featured on the large stand ups and posters advertising to buy them were available to order .. we were told they had no “ bread “ ?? We were told we could wait 7 min for some mini pretzel dogs .. I asked for a sweet tea and was told it wasn’t ready either . The staff seemed unconcerned , the guest behind me had the same experiences. If an establishment advertises it opens at 7 am then items should be available at 7am .. and they should most definitely be ready to sell items on the menu an hour later .. especially in an airport terminal where customers need quick...
