Bachata Breeze Restaurant — Restaurant in Orlando

They are extremely disorganized!! I made a "reservation" for 5, was told it was set and to just make sure I showed up before 11:30pm. I did just that. I showed up at 10:25pm and then was told that I didn't really have a reservation. I was told I needed to wait from that point till maybe 11:40 pm to see if any reservations were cancelled. When I asked why I was told that my reservation was made I was told "because we aren't allowed to say no". After I debated and discussed the matter with the waitress it so happen that someone cancelled a reservation on a small table that seated 4. It was in a corner and extremely small. After two buckets of beer and one appetizer the table was full and we were expected to fit plates for 5 on that same table. The waitress was incompetent, kept laughing at dumb mistakes she kept making. After we decided to take it upon ourselves to take one of the many tables that was empty and put it connected to ours just to get through eating dinner, the waitress tried to argue that we shouldn't do that. She gave in and 10 mins later the table was actually not needed. They are ridiculous in the way they manage this place. Makes no sense at all and they treat unknown new customers with poor quality! In other words don't waste your time going to this place if you dont know anyone...

The all you can eat price is worth the food variety, taste, and feel of the place. It's definitely not the best place but if you're hungry and on a budget it's a must try! The buffet they offer is quite small but they also offer a full menu you can order from if you would like to pay by the plate. They also have a full bar. On certain nights they become a full nightclub sometimes with live music. This was my first time going for food and for what it's worth they didn't dissapoint. & alcohol midday isn't too bad either if you're feeling like it. It's a small place but for the time of day we went they seemed to just have some of thier regulars in. Great vibe, food, & alcohol. You can't really go wrong.

This restaurants used to be one of my faves I have been knowing this place for many years.Unfortunately is not anymore after visiting it a few days ago when I went to the buffet. The food was very salty especially the chicken soup. There was not that many items to choose from. The menu was very limited. The pork feet (patitas) were smothered in a very thick sauce with a very heavy salty flavor. The mollejitas were also the same and the cuajito was also salty and smothered in a very thick sauce. In the past this restaurant used to offer more variety. Tostones, yuca, bacalao and other items were much better thab the ones they have now.
