I have been holding back on writing a review on this place for a while now, for context Im brown with PCOS hence I have thicker hair, and for that reason I get a Brazilian wax every month, this place is close and convenient for me hence why I keep coming back, (that’s the only reason!) this is the 2nd time I have had to walk out of there with an incomplete service done because they were 1. Very rough 2. Clearly not trained enough for the services they are advertising, as well as left me totally jacked up, with the service being 65% done imagine walking out of there with wax on your feet and patches of wax everywhere on your intimate areas and worse of all was treated like a foreign object, I can go on and one about how horrible my experiences have been at this place, and I’m usually not one to complain nor write a bad review however let this be a warning! they are not equipped with all hair types and that’s disappointing, if this were my first time getting waxed , I would have definitely been scared for LIFE ! My mother went to get her nails done here last night, before we went I had called and she originally told me for a mani and pedi $40, which my mother was okay with. So when we get there everything is fine, the lady did a spectacular job on her nails. But when it comes to being done she says it’s $75 due to my mom doing gel, which she was fine with. But then we went to go back to the car and my mom checks the balance of her card and noticed an extra $15 is missing, so she checks her transaction history and low and behold galaxy nails took at tip for themselves when my mother clearly put no tip on the receipt which I have attached to this comment.
