Aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that is family friendly. My oldest children enjoyed the shakes, but the most important critic- my 6 year old did not. I wasn’t overly impressed with what I ordered. I did compare it with what everyone else ordered and the ice cream didn’t have the same quality. Maybe because it was a pre made item. (macaron sandwich.) I don’t recommend it. The macaron itself was dry and the vanilla was not creamy or flavorful. I did like that it was not overly sweet. With that said: I wouldn’t recommend that specific menu item but it doesn’t keep me from ever going back. I would go back and give something else a try. Oh yea, menu items are shareable. I do not recommend shakes to young children. Too much! Anyway. Til next time…It was my first time there after all. Customer service was good. It was packed when we arrived but they managed their customers well and we were able to order in short time. I will stick to ordering fresh made menu items next time. Visited on 4/18, ice cream was great. The young lady who served us ice cream was kind, super friendly- offered us samples and told us her favorite items. She was wonderful and super helpful. I’m leaving this 2 star review because while I dined in, another woman came in and changed the entire atmosphere. She was recording a video for their instagram, which I will screenshot her post. While she made the video, she repeatedly told the staff how they were doing it wrong. Multiple times my husband and I watched her scold the staff member. I was highly disappointed by her behavior towards the staff, not sure if this woman was an influencer hired, or apart of the management but she should have treated the team member much differently. I watched the staff member apologize multiple times for things she shouldn’t have to apologize for such as placement of the chocolate “ears” on the bunny. Again, this was inappropriate behavior and I hope the instagram poster will be encouraged to treat staff differently or be fired for her...

So disappointed on the service. We came to try this place today because we really wanted a good dessert. We got here at 8:40 and at 8:45 we were rush to order from one of the staff member” Lili” I believe was her name, rushing us to order quickly because they were closing at 9 pm. My husband ordered a waffle ice cream that was forced to be put in a to go box because they were closing at 9. We asked if we could get it in a regular bowl and go outside and eat it while they were cleaning. Lili, the person in charge told the other staff members no. She put the waffle in the to go box and gave it to us, even though the place still wasn’t closed. Definitely not what I was expecting. My husband ate the waffle outside out of the ti go box and by 9:15 still went inside to throw away the box and told the staff of the disappointment and how it would have made him happier if he ate the waffle on a regular bowl.
