I had a terrible experience at this location today and unfortunately it’s turned me off Little Caesars permanently. My husband placed a pick up order and realized that he somehow chose it for the future instead of for today. He quickly tried to cancel him online, but it wasn’t an option so he called the customer service line. He was on hold for about 15 minutes and they finally canceled the order. He then went back onto the website and redid the order scheduling it for today when I went to go pick up The Pizza the gentleman working there informed me that they had canceled the order and that we had an order for tomorrow. I informed the gentleman that that was incorrect because the customer service representative canceled the order for tomorrow and not for today. He told me that when they called him they didn’t tell him which day to cancel the order for so they canceled the one for today. I explained to him that that was incorrect and could we please just have him make our order for today he told me that he would have to charge me a third time and cancel the order for tomorrow in order for him to make the order today. I informed that I am going to go ahead and just cancel my order because I was frustrated by this point and expressed to him that I was not going to be ordering for him little Caesars anymore. He then decided that it was his opportunity to argue with me about how it wasn’t his fault and I told him that I understood that it wasn’t his fault, but that I was just expressing my frustration over the companies mistake, I guess he didn’t like that. I was frustrated and proceeded to argue with me in which case I told him that I was allowed to express my frustration and that I had already acknowledged, I was not blaming him for the mistake. Moral of the story is up until that point I was being polite and understanding that it was not this gentleman‘s mistake but it seems like he really just wanted to go back-and-forth with me and that just felt unnecessary and therefore, I will not be returning to this location or any...
Read moreI ordered a classic peperoni pizza around like 3pm, got home open the box and the pizza was really dry like it had been sitting in the oven for hours the cheese was really hard and really dry their was no sause and the edge of the pizza was really hard , I try calling and the phone are never pick up I try calling for two hours and that was on the 19 the of July 2024, now it's the 20th of July and it 11:22am and I'm calling and still no answer, this is real unfair me and my kids was really looking forward to littel Caesars and disappointed of the customer service, this is a big disappointment to me and my kids had to throw away a pizza that was over cooked., I would love to get my refund back or hope they come to their senses and probably make the pizza the right way and provide me a free pizza done the right way , money don't grow on trees and surviving on what we have and make the best of it and unfortunately we didn't eat a great dinner to at least enjoy through the hard times.i went to and explain to the employee about and they started to act like they didn't know how to use the computer, this location do not care about customer service and the management needs training again and I will report to corporate about that location , and I have the recording as well...
Read moreAsked for a pep/mush deep dish,and was told 8 minute wait.no problem.3 customers came in for pick up after me..the girl didn't fully understand both of them... obviously frustrated.one of them after she disappeared,just helped himself to what she forgot to give him and just left.. though I disagree with what he did I understand fully why he did it and cannot blame him . He didn't steal anything he just took what he already prepaid for from behind the counter by helping himself.how hard is it to get the right soda? She just could not comprehend it. My pizza was finally ready and instead of a pepperoni and mushroom it was just a mushroom. I explained to her.. she got mad at me and told me to sit down and wait and wait I did.. I told her to just throw some pepperoni on it and I'll take it ...but she said she had to redo the whole thing from the beginning.. at this point I was like after seeing everybody else and what they went through... I just sat down since I wasn't in a rush. Two more customers came in behind me , and she had a hard time comprehending what they were saying. I'm convinced it was a language issue.
