Update 05/2021: This Burger King is still the worst one in America, please avoid for your wallets sake.
This is the worst Burger King in North America. I cannot believe how poorly managed this restaurant is. Lettuce is limp, tomatoes are sour, and onions are stringy. What an absolute waste of time and money this restaurant is. Rare is it that anyone would review FAST FOOD, but this place calls for special attention. The staff is so rude and clearly do not care about their jobs or anyone that they talk to. Angel specifically has complete disregard for customer service. He looked angry the entire time I was at the window, as if people ordering from there are bothering him. The only reason I go here is because of the coupons but god can’t help this place anymore.
Most recently, I went to the drive-thru window with three people in tow. We wanted 3 orders of the exact same meal with the exact same coupon. Two coupons per order, there for we made two separate orders. He requested that we present 3 different coupons, which even after giving the code, is fine, he just wanted proof, right? No. One by one we handed him our phones and two of us have the same phone (two of the same mode iPhones - there’s only so many different models, so having the same phone as someone else isn’t out of the ordinary). He claimed that we only had two phones and we were handing him back the same phone and lying to him. Two people in 2019 having the same phone isn’t uncommon, how rude to assume we were lying.
I’m tired of this busted restaurant and it’s poor service, cold food, and rude employees. This entire restaurant needs to be fired and new managers put in. I went to a Burger King in Kissimmee with BULLET HOLES in the drive thru that had the most beautiful whopper and fries. They were hot too, what a weird thought!

Nobody was in there except 2 female employees. I stood at counter a few minutes finally this girl comes over. She takes my order. The other lady is fixing the sandwiches. The girl came out of looked like the freezer, taking stuff off of this cart, all frozen stuff. In the mean time I am still standing waiting for my order. I said can I please get my order. She stopped what she was doing, came and put my order on a tray. So, as I was sitting there eating a customer came in standing at counter. I went to get my soda refill and said to workers, this customer is standing here for st least a few minutes. The lady said and they see me. The girl said I will be right there. I am working the drive thru. Front counter, and prepping for lunch. I said worry about your customer here at the counter. I asked this girl for the Managers name. She wrote down Francesca. This girl told me she was the Asst Manager. I said your the Assistant Manager. You cant even do your job. There's only 3 customers in here. Me and my husband and this lady standing here to be helped. She still continued filling up whatever she was doing. That's the worst customer service I have ever experienced. McDonald's deserve $15 per hour. But Burger King deserves $50 cents hour. Read moreI wish I could give at least half of a star, I was there earlier with my wife and my daughter for lunch today at 1:00pm , I've been to so many burger king for 20 years, I've been eating whoppers for 20 years but like today never in my life, it was the worst whopper I've ate in my whole life, I am highly allergic to onions, I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper no onions extra mayo, who attended me was the manager on duty im not sure what was his name bur he is skinny, Puerto Rican and has a beard, I told him I do not want onions on my whopper ok he put it in the system, so I check my whopper, guess what I saw???...5 pieces of onions, I went back to the counter Christian took care of me, the manager said that I never said I do not want onions when on the receipt clearly says "no onions" also instead of extra mayo it was double extra mayo I only ate half of it, my wife had a original chicken sandwich, I dont know why but for some reason it was super greasy and soggy, I will say Christian was very helpful I am proud of him he deserves a raise and a higher position, but the manager and the cook I don't think they can handle a job where they have to flip burgers, thar is the easiest job in world I use to flip burgers I know how that works I would also make sure every order will be as is supposed to be, but I hate to say ill never in my life go back to that location, but Christian deserves to be more than jus a team...
