Camilla made my day. She did the right thing even though she didn't have to. I ordered an ultimate cheese lover stuffed crust, my favorite. I arrived to pick up and asked if she could charge me for some small dipping sauces of the pizza sauce. I explained I love the Alfredo sauce on the ultimate cheese lover but my wife likes the red pizza sauce. She said sure. When she came back I had already paid and she said...wait, was the pizza supposed to have Alfredo sauce then instead of pizza sauce? Yes ma'am and I explained. She replied "oh no. We made it with red pizza sauce. Can you hold on for 10 mins and we will remake it for you?" I said sure I love that sauce and would prefer it. We had a great conversation, just small talk, and then in a few short minutes she brought my new pizza.

I order through the app but it never works. Ordered over the phone and they put me on hold. Girl gets back on the phone confirms the order. Hour later call to check the status and they confirm the order. 30 minutes after that they said they had the address wrong. I hung up on them. Based on the stars and reviews the customer service is unacceptable. Is it so hard to find good help we should accept mediocrity. Read moreI have lived in the area for a few years now and come to this location to grab food for the family on our easy nights. However with the most recent interactions between two employees in specific has ruined the experience. One of the employees, Mason, has proven to be consistently rude and clueless when we have come in and the boy I believe to be management, Angel, has always been on his phone and not doing his job when needed to. As for the restaurant itself, inside was completely filthy with no clean areas in the entire store. It smelt like there was rotting food and the area in which they prepare the food was unorganized and completely unacceptable.
