The ice cream was delicious, the staff is rude. I asked for cherries which they don't have. Like huh, that's a staple to top ice cream. She said no we only have soft serve. I said no can I have a cherry she said oh a cherry. No we don't have. Her accent was SO strong it barely sounded like English, as was the guys Asian accent at the information desk. How are we employing people who don't speak perfect English. Then when I had walked up the girl at the register walked away and in the back. Someone else came to help but continued to hold a conversation in whatever language they spoke. I am bilingual but this is completely unprofessional. Team member clocking out was nice, but he was clocking out and needed the other person to do it so he wouldn’t get in trouble.
Also... let’s be honest. Your soft serve has got to be your bread and butter. How do you have no one in line and fail to put the mix in the machine?
