On 04/28/24 I visited this location made my purchased and left the store by the time I got home I received a text message stating my card had been used again I’m like that’s impossible I only made one purchase and left the store. I call the store right away I couldn’t even get out explaining what happened before the employee saids oh I no what happened someone used your card. So your telling me someone used the card and left it behind sure.I’m like what!! I’m on my way back because this doesn’t make sense. I get there she tells me she noticed the card right away after I left the location. So if you noticed the card right away no one used the card one of the employees used my card I asked to speak to the manager no manager in sight most criminals won’t leave the bank card behind if the payment goes through. I called the next morning asked the manager to view the cameras he refused I will contact the corporate office I’ve been visiting this location for years and will not be returning due to the fraudulent activities. Honestly, i love this place i come here almost everyday. The Asian guy. Every time i come in he takes my order but always has this bad vibe like he hates me as if i did something to him. From now on because of today i won’t go to him or if i see that he is by himself I’ll just leave the store. Always thought i did something to him but i literally forgot that he has this attitude every time i come here, like i was asking a question and he pointed for me to pay already. Actually i rmm i think he is upset that i use Apple Pay all time bc the first time i told him I’ll use Apple Pay he tells me, Apple Pay take long i said it’s ok I’ll stand here and wait my debit card is the car.
