Bad services. Couldnt call their store from the app and half the time their drivers dont have tracking. Waited over an 1 and a half for my order. I wanted to cancel after 45 mins and just order pizza on uber because even they dont take that long and they always have promos. Plus they take so long to deliver it that by the time the food comes, its COLD! If i wanted cold pizza i couldve bought frozen pizza from family Dollar or Walmart for 1/4 their price. Couldnt even do that or reach the store after waiting 10 mins on the phone. Would give 0 stars if i could and ive been a long time, maybe 6 years loyal customer to them. Will no longer order from there, Bruton Blvd store just lost another customer. Might as well just go heat up my food in the microwave now after nearly two hours of placing my order. Crazy. Worst part they only 10 mins from my house! Placed an order at 8:30 ish and it still hasnt arrived even tho its 10:15 im writing this review. I dont recommend here.
(EDIT) my order finally arrived at 10:36pm. 2hrs and 6 mins from when i ordered it. It seems theres only ONE driver because he had alot of orders in his car. Meaning A lot of ppl would receive their food cold. I had to heat mine up. If you have a brain, don’t order from here and just pick up if you can. Read moreThere was a minor issue with the pizza having HEAVY sauce when I ordered for it to be normal & the manager told me that "next time I should put light sauce instead", which I dont think that was good response for a manger to tell a customer! After explaining to him that the person who pizza belonged to cant eat alot of sauce, instead of him offering to re-deliver a new one he offered a credit towards my next pizza, I had to suggest that they re-dilever because she could not eat it! Although the manager did apologize about the inconvenience & proceeded to get my information to re-deliver a new pizza, at the end of the conversation he stated that it would be 40 minutes for the delivery and I said no problem that's fine and he just abruptly hung up without saying goodbye or anything and I find that to be EXTREMELY rude! Although he may not have been happy about this issue neither were we but no matter how irritated or upset you may be you do NOT hang up the phone on your customers that is NOT good customer service, I work for Macys & as one of the top sales associates I KNOW that for a FACT the customer is always right & after 10 + years of living in this area & ordering from this Dominos I will NOT be ordering again! Read moreOf all the locations I’ve ordered Dominos pizza at this one is by far THE WORST location I’ve ever had! The pizza, bread, pasta, or insert whatever else you can possibly order is always soggy/doughy, undercooked, cold, and GROSS! In fact the food is often so undercooked that I am concerned about it making me sick. My stomach hurts a bit right now. I am going to report this location to the Department of Health because they are probably jeopardizing people’s health with the awful food quality. When I called tonight to hold them accountable for their terrible undercooked food, the guy on the phone tried to refuse to refund my order and what he said made so little sense that I wondered if he was on drugs. He kept saying his boss won’t let him do this or that. And I’m like, excuse me, your boss isn’t the one paying for the food, I am. Your boss isn’t the one eating it either. So if a customer asks you to do something, you do it! He also said his boss wasn’t there and wouldn’t be in until tomorrow.
