Updated 7.2021: Great experiences so far this year. I go 5 times a week. Amazing staff and great coffee. I will not change my mind on the stinginess of fudge on the donuts. They play it safe there, barely covering donuts but since I buy them for the kids, that's their issue. But overall worth it to wait on line. Love the Avacado toast!!
Original post. Update below! Management has gone down terribly. The staff has always been 50/50, with attitudes that they didn't even want be there. But since that didn't really interfere with the quality of the food they prepared, it really didn't matter. The Donuts were always sloppily made and shoved in a bag so it was always expected to get frosting everywhere except on the donut. And they were always running out of items. They are constantly forgetting items when you go through the drive-through . The several times this happened, we always bought it to their attention the next time we went there and we got so much attitude it was comical at a point. We were actually scolded that we should have called them when we discovered the error.... yes even while I am driving. Lol. It was annoying to be talked down to as if we were trying to pull shenanigans. Which was very ironic because I know I filled up my DD app three times a month at least. Me and my husband ate there daily with the family joining on the weekends. It really was an addiction. We really tried and gave them so many chances but stopped going altogether. The constant the stress of ordering, and the really bad customer service they gave..prompted us to start making our breakfast at home. So a win because we do save $$$ now. We have recently discovered the the DD on Semoran Boulevard. They honestly have the best customer service that it is refreshing. Please be nice to your customers, we just want to eat good food and have convenience. UPDATE: my son is sick and the only thing he wants is a chocolate frosted donut. Drive through is quick, I asked for 2 donuts in separate bags so the fudge won't stick together. Had no need to worry because the donuts had the smallest amount of fudge on it. This place still sucks. Waste of money! Update 6.2020 Staff and customer service has improved sooo much. They even have little boxes for individual donuts. Still cheap on the fudge. But easy to overlook because everything else is good. So happy to...
   Read moreI am very disappointed with this Dunkin. I did my mobile order just to speed up the process and get to work on time. When I get there (drive thru pickup) I tell them I am picking up a mobile order and give my name. She was rude over the speaker because she couldnât understand my name. That I was able to forgive because I do have a difficult name. Then she tells me my drinks could not be made because their espresso machine is down. This is now the second time on at least 2 weeks that machine is down. They should fix it. I ask her to replace them with regular coffees instead with mocha flavor, cream and Splenda (they never put the Splenda in). Then we ordered 3 everything bagels with cream cheese and only got 2 everything and one plain. Cream cheese was put on the side. Not an option we picked. We ordered hash browns. They didnât give it to us. Got upset when I asked for them. Mind you I paid for all this that I ordered already. Finally we had a chai tea and I did not know that required the espresso machine as well. Then I asked for it. They explained they couldnât make it hot because of the machine so do I want it iced? When I said thatâs fine the cashier before the window could close referred to me as a b!+

This place is usually great but today I did not like it at all. When going through the drive-thru I was the only car in the drive-thru and I felt rushed to order. If it wasnât just that I felt rushed to order it was that the person was not even taking my order correctly and I had to correct them like four or five times. When I finally drive up to the window they still have not gotten my order correct I had to repeat my order. After getting my order wrong a couple times they then ask me to pull up to the front of the store to wait on one coffee. When I get the coffee itâs not even hot and itâs the wrong coffee, might just keep going to the one on Goldenrod from now on they know how to do their job. By the way I only ordered two coffees, I had an americano and a cafe con leche, how long is that supposed to take ? I saw many employees just standing around...
